-Jiraiya uses YN (yomi numa) right at the beginning of the fiht,, and since kisame and kakuzu lack fligght they will get immobilised momentarily,, thereby allowing either of the sannin to effectively attack him,,,

-Kakuzus elemental attacks are doing nothing to orochimaru at all due to his incredibly durable body,, and once he summons manda and jman summons gamabunta,, i can see the summmonings overwhelming the duo quite well,,,

-furthermore orochimaru can atleast stall the duo long enough for jiraiya to enter SM through which he can overwhelm the duo quite well,,,

-Kisame cant use his WAter Dome and GSB since that will also hurt Kakuzu here,,,,the sannin duo work much better as a team compared to kisame and kakuzu who are much suited to fighting opponents individually
