Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

Very similar to the weaker version, its concept is basically the same to trap the opponent in a circle of water. Now it can create its own water source so this can be created in any terrain but a problem is it takes a while for it to fully form so a opponent can use the split second to counter it. Shooting mud at the core can easily stop the water from fully forming. When the opponent is caught the user can't use any technique since they must be focused on the water. Its meant to suffocate the opponent to death. Having a ally, summon, or clone can help finish the opponent off when trapped. If you are ever caught in this sphere there is not much you can really do, so be cautious. Setting this up with combos is great as a finisher so its combo friendly.

Another very basic technique. After doing 3 hand seals the user will send a jet of water towards their mouth which moves at intense speed making it hard for evasion, its also quite combo friendly as a finisher and requires no water source. It is a streaming type technique meaning you must keep streaming it towards the opponent, and it acts to push the opponent pack with power. It is straightforward but can be handy for use.

Jutsu 1

Perform the technique: I begin by Gathering my chakra manipulating it, transforming it to suitonchakra. when i have the right amount i release it to the ground beneath a dummy. i expand the water from the ground shaping it like a circle with the dummy inside. i then grab my executioner blade and Slash the dummy to bits.
Creative uses/strengths: This is a much better version than the water prison jutsu because one of the biggest strengths is that you dont need to keep your arm in the sphere. you can trap the oponent and then send a lightningtech at the spear paralysing the opponent.
Drawbacks/counters: one of the drawbacks is that it takes a lil bit time to perform(not that much time but still enough time for a fast counter.) i dont know exactly what you can do when your trapped inside but the one-two second(s) it takes for the water to completly surround the opponent he can use those seconds for a fast counter.

Do you have to stay focused on the jutsu or do you just perform it and then you can perform other techs while the oponent is stuck?

Perform the technique: I begin by gathering my chakra manipulating it, transfoming it to suiton. when i have the right amount i gahter it in my stomach while i do the necessary handseals and then i push it up spitting out a powerful jet of water from my mouth. sending it towards a dummy.
Creative uses/strengths: it can be used with lava release to create cement and its a midrange jutsu so the oponent can be a few meters away. you can use this to push back a taijutsu user or kenjutsu user.
Drawbacks/counters: well the jutsu only goes midrange so the enemy cant be too far away. you have to perform a few handseals first so that can take some time and you have to keep streaming water from your mouth.

and what good is it too specialize in it? do you get any priviliges or??

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

Okay now the opponent will slam their hands on the ground which will summon a large amount of water right above the opponent. Now the water does not have much of a attack potency. Its main components include distractions and combos. Now when the water crash onto the opponent it crushes them and pushes down on them, restricting movement of the opponent. Its a great combo to use to try and attack the opponent from all areas. Now their are two main ways to combo this, one being it creates a shadow over the opponent, and it will drip water down depending on where and how high the opponent places the water, usually 10 meters is best to place it. I use it to attack from above and then attack from below using some spikes. Its a basic combo but effective.

Okay now this is a nice jutsu to use if used correctly. Perform the technique: I begin by gathering my Chakra molding it and using chakra manipulation i manipulate my chakra to suitonchakra. when i got the right amount i Release it, summoning a Great amount of water 10 meters on top of a dummys head. i release the water and it falls down, crushing the dummy
Creative uses/strengths: As you said you can use this jutsu from above while attacking from the sides/below the oponent. Its a longrange tech so thats nice. other than that i got nothing.
Drawbacks/counters: the oponent can block it by using a shield or a earthroof of some sort. i cant think of any counter but they can use a earthjutsu to go underground thus avoiding the water.

Jutsu 2

Perform the technique: I begin by standing on the lake and gathering my chakra. then, using chakra manipulation i manipulate my chakra to suiton chakra. when i have the right amount i release it to the water and then i sink down and blend with the water like were one
Creative uses/strengths: its a good jutsu if you want to hide from the enemy a few minutes. you can use it for a sneak attack(if the enemy is standing in the water you can get under them and use a jutsu).
Drawbacks/counters: Now the biggest drawback is that you have to be near/on the water if you want to use it. and if the enemy is to far away from the watersource the jutsu will be pointless because then you cant do anything. thats prettymuch everything. you cant counter it because its not an attacking jutsu.

When your in the water 1. is there no chance for the enemy to detect you if theyr not a sensory/dojutsu user. 2. can you get hit by taijutsus or swords while underwater. or is it like the Water Style: Water Replacement tech were the sword will just go through you.

For stormy blockade, You can easily notice it. The jutsu can cast a shadow over you, the user does slam there hands on the ground so it is easy to anticipate, and you can hear the water swish around above you. So using a simple evasion or even creating a dome to block the water.


(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.


Okay after one hand seal without the need of any water source the opponent will spew a high volume of water out their mouth towards the ground, the process while spewing the water is the water will travel very fast through the ground covering the terrain as well as lift the opponent upward due to the pressure the water gives off, that can allow certain air evasions upward. Now the water can easily transform a barren wasteland to a ocean. Its great to put out fire or use the terrain to your advantage. The water can be used to ride at high speed for close range battle. This jutsu can also create its own water source for the user. Overall a handy jutsu.


(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

A pretty straightforward technique. The user will do one hand seal release their chakra in the sky creating clouds which begin to rain at a tremendous rate. The rain shoots down which can create waves of water that can act to wash away the enemy when the water reaches its peaking point. Note it does take some time before it releases that much water, so be sure to keep the opponent distracted. Now the water can easily restrict the opponents movement and sap the opponents chakra away. This will weaken them further. Note you must keep your hand seal or remain concentrated to the rain fall. You can keep it going for two turns. I recommend getting a clone or ally to do the hand seal and you can send attacks while the opponent is restricted. The rain can even be used as your own water source.

Sorry it took so long to reply. Ive been kinda bussy but im back now!

Jutsu 1

Perform the technique: Kakashi takes a deep breath and then, using chakra manipulation, he begins molding his chakra, transforming it to Suiton. when he has the right amount he gathers it in his stomach and then he pushes the chakra up to his mouth and spit out a large amount of water at the ground below him. he then rides the water towards a dummy and stabbs the dummy multiple times with a kunai.
Creative uses/strengths: you can use it against a great fire tech and create a water source so you can use other techs. its a long range jutsu and you can ride the water at high speeds.
Drawbacks/counters: you cant really counter it cuz its not attacking but one of the drawbacks is that the enemy can attack you while you spit the water.

Jutsu 2

Perform the technique: Kakashi gathers his chakra and then he manipulates it, transforming it to Suiton. when he has the right amount of chakra he performs the dog handseal and release the chakra into the atmosphere, createing large stormclouds. when the clouds are there he releases more chakra causing it to rain fast and alot. when a large amount of rain has landed he uses the water to create a wave of water trappin senseis clone and washes his chakra away.
Creative uses/strengths: the stormclouds are great for powerfull Raiton techniques and when the oponent is trapped in the water the user can infuse lightning in the water and electrify the oponent. its a long range jutsu too so thats nice
Drawbacks/counters: there is a few drawbacks with this technique: you have to concentrate on the rain and water allthetime. you have to have the dogseal on to keep the rain coming and it takes a while to create alot of water so you have to keep the enemy distracted with a clone or genjutsu or something.

It can cause terrain change which basically can destroy trees with ease and flood the whole area with water, this can harm fire users as well as destroy areas of mountains and damp the ground. It is a devastating streaming technique that can be used as a finisher. Covers a very wide and long range as well.


(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction

Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

Okay your opponent will have to be on the water source. The user will summon 4 sharks of normal size which race towards the opponent, note you must keep concentrated towards the sharks during their attack. Then they will all try to clash with the opponent aiming to send him high into the air. After that, the sharks are released and you can begin to the next jutsu which can be anything. The opponent will be in the air with several broken bones so a simple finisher is what I recommend, the sharks are able to follow the opponent up to short range as long as the user keeps concentration towards them.

Creative uses/strengths: This can be used(as you said) as a finisher and i think you can crush the oponent with this tech. it covers up a large area of the field so the enemy will have a tough time evading it.
Drawbacks/counters: The biggest drawback would probably be the handseals. this gives the oponent an opportunity to cancel the jutsu. you can evade it (i think) by going underground or by using some kind of earthshield/roof.

I then grab my executionerblade and send it towards the dummy cutttin its head of.
Creative uses/strengths: you can use it as a finisher or to send your oponent in the air and at the same time break some bones and damage him.
Drawbacks/counters: its a shortrange jutsu so the enemy cant be that far away. and you have to focus on the sharks so the enemy can take advantage of that and attack you.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

A great defensive jutsu. The user after doing the long but required hand seals they will spew out a large amount and form it around themselves in a circle and acts as a barrier. This jutsu is very efficient defense being A-Rank in power it can easily be able to intercept many attacks. It has no openings neither making it quite solid for your benefit. It takes away the disadvantage many defensive walls have. Also this water cna be manipulated as well to make attacks with it. So you can both defend and attack by manipulating it as your own water source.

Causing a very large explosion of water. Evasion is tough mid-air as well as it is very deadly for a jutsu. The opponent will have several broken bones and surviving this jutsu would be tough. Now this is a combo in itself but being able to distract the opponent before hand is best. Also if you are ever launched in the air, it will not cause harm, the damage comes from the punch. Best thing to do while mid-air is create a armor, or try to blow away.

Jutsu 1 (one of my favourite Jutsus.)

Perform the technique: i begin gathering a fair amount of chakra in my lungs. when i feel that i have the right amount i begin manipulating it, transforming it to suiton. After that i perform the necessary handseals i push the chakra up towards my mouth and then i blow it out and at the same time i raise some of the water from the ground. i blow out a fair amount and the water surrounds me as a circle. you can also use this if an oponent is running or jumping towards you. you can blow out the water infront of you and thus pushing him back. then you could use a raiton tech and shock the oponent like darui did to sasuke.
Creative uses/strengths: This is a great defencive tech because it is a great shield agains fire and other techs. one of the best things about this tech is that you can see through the wall and not lose sight of the enemy and thus your safer against a sneak attack.
Drawbacks/counters: not really a way to counter this cuz its not an offensive tech and i cant really come up with a drawback. this jutsu is solid.

jutsu 2

Perform the technique: I begin by gathering my chakra in my body and then, using chakra manipulation i transform it to suiton. after that i release some of the chakra to the water below one of sensei's clones, causing it to explode and send the clone midair. i then jump above the clone and release the rest of my chakra around my right arm creating a large whirpool around it. after that i strike the clone with it, creating a large explosion.
Creative uses/strengths: well this is kind of a combo and its a very powerful jutsu, capable of seriously wounding the oponent. its also hard to avoid it since your in the air so thats nice.
Drawbacks/counters: well the worst drawback is that it requires a watersource. also its a shortrange tech so the oponent cant be too far away. you can avoid it by maybe creating a clone in midair to take the hit and throw you away from the blast range.

More solid ways is to force the opponent to lose focus on its shape like shaking the ground, also the ground under the opponent is not protected so ground attacks can work as well.

Okay after doing 3 hand seals the user will manipulate a near by water source close range of them and manipulate it to spin around the user as a tornado. The main purpose of the vortex is to simply defend from incoming attacks since it can be used as a barrier as well as if the opponent is hit by the barrier it can easily impale them as well as push them back due to the force it gives off. The user is able to move around up to long range and can attack multiple opponents. They move at regular speed so they are traceable with the naked eye. Two obvious ways to counter is the opponent will be open to lightning attacks as well as you can simply hurt the base of the vortex on the ground so making the ground shake will force it to disperse and lose shape. Their are many other counters. You can't do any other jutsu attack while performing this technique and must keep focus on it. Also as seen when used in the anime you can see through the vortex making it able for you to move freely.


(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Okay now this jutsu is very similar to the weaker version and in our RP we use it the same way. The main difference is the opponent will create a giant orb of water that covers the whole area. But that is useless and mainly a double edge sword since you might hurt the opponents movement the same is done with you. The only major difference is if you have a Kisame bio who can swim and breathe under water. So basically this used the same way as the previous one just much more water, ocean like actually. As well as the water is spew with intense speed and powerful vortex that it can crash into the opponent and hurt them as well as drown them underwater. Creative uses/strengths: this jutsu goes up to midrange so thats nice. it can work as a shield or protective barrier and in the same time it can be used to damage the oponent and even cause them to become unconsious. one of the biggest advantages is that you can see through the vortex. that way you can see the incoming attacks and enemy moves.
Drawbacks/counters: it's only a midrange tech so the oponent cant be too far away. when you use it there is a chance the enemy uses lightning to paralyze you or to cause an small earthquake so the vortex loses its shape. a powerfull lightningtech can even kill you if its combined with this. also while you are using the water vortex you can't perform any other techniques, you have to focus on the Vortex or it will lose its shape and fall.

It takes some time for me to blow out the great amount of water but i barely manage to do it without catching my breath.
Creative uses/strengths: This can be used as a watersource if you dont have any nearby. its basicly like the "baksui shoha"and "suishoha" only with much more water and if you have a Kisame bio you can use this water to create a great orb with it and attack enemys there. then you have the advantage and its impossible for the enemys to escape. you can then chose to kill them straight ahead or to let them drown. this technique covers a huge are so its hard to evade.
Drawbacks/counters: not really any counters to this tech since its not attacking but its a streaming tech so the enemy can attack you while you are blowing the water out and if you are facing an enemy like the 3-4 raikage who is almost totally imune to raiton then he can release it in the orb to kill you.

The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

One of my favorite techniques. The user will do the four required hand seals and manipulate a water source around the area to create a large wolf like beast. Its large in size and power. It can deal some serious damage by either releasing a stream of water or sending a torrent of jet claws towards the opponent as a projectile both B-Rank in power. It can be handy for us as a last resort and to always stay on the offense. Now of course to control the beast you must keep focus, which is safe to say it can harm you especially from snick attacks. So the best thing you can do is have clone or ally to keep it stable and moving. It can also be used to defend attacks since its water is very dense and hard certain attacks it can intercept. Note the beast remains on the field for 3 turns until it disperses or the opponent decides to destroy it. Simple counters is trying to lose the beasts shape. One method is making mud appear from under to lose its balance and tip over. From an attack they are quite simple and straight forward walls, evasion methods, overpowering attacks, ect. Combos are many with this tech as well.


(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.

One of the most advanced techniques in the water section and a personal favorite to use. The user will summon a pool of water under the opponent and then have it rise a rapid pillar which will send them high into the air. As they are in the air the user will do the hand seals required to manipulate bullets of water from the pool previously to shoot at the opponent impaling him as well as making things virtually impossible for movement while getting hit. After the bullets have hit the opponent while he is still in the air, the bullets will reform right behind him and create a large water dragon which attacks him from behind where the opponent will be unable to even notice the dragon. So they will most likely not expect or notice the dragon, the dragon will crash them from behind and carry them back to the ground with tremendous force. This jutsu as you notice has many steps to it and can be taken advantage of when to counter, the best time is when you feel the water on your feet to try and make a counter as soon as possible, don't wait when you are sent in the air for you the bullets will already be sent as the hand seals are being done so manipulating chakra will be too soon. So make sure you try to counter while the water is on your feet and while being launched you execute it. You can though create a dense armor which can help withstand the attacks as well or you can use a wind stream to quickly evade back. Its hard to make combos something basic is to distract the opponent before using this jutsu. Its a destructive jutsu and can easily harm the opponent if caught. Its a great jutsu in terms of range as well, basically anywhere the opponent is they can use it on the terrain when it comes to range.

Creative uses/strengths: This jutsu kind of works like a summoning and its a very powerfull and great one. you can controll the beast to do pretty much anyting. you can use its great body of water as a shield to protect against incomming attacks or release powerfull streams of water from its mouth that is equall to a B-rank watertech. The beast has a great reach and can soak an entire area with its claws. To avoid a sneak attack you can jump and stand ontop of the beast's head. that way you have a clear view of the battlefield and the oponent.
Drawbacks/counters: One of the drawbacks is the handseals you have to perform before summoning the beast. that gives the oponent time to counter. there are many ways to defeat the Beast. you can make it loose its shape by attacking it or cause aan earthquake to make it loose its footing and fall. annother drawback is that you need a watersource to create the beast. the two worst things is probably that A. its only on the battlefield for three turns and B. you have to stay focused on the beast in order to controll its actions. that leaves you open for attacks.

Jutsu 2

probably my favorite waterjutsu since its tobirama's "ultimate jutsu" in NSUNS3

Perform the technique I begin gathering a fair amount of chakra and when i have the right amount i, by using chakra manipulation, transform my chakra to suiton. i release it to the ground below a dummy by slamming my hands to the earth, creating a pool of water below the dummy that sends him in the air. then i perform the four nescessary handseals: Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat and while i do that i keep releaseing my chakra to the pool sending numerous bullets of water towarsd the dummy. when i have performed the handseals i release the remaining chakra to the bullets behind the enemy shaping the remaining water into a dragon that attacks the dummy from above/behind and slams him down to the ground with speed and force.
Creative uses/strengths: Honestly in my opinion the greatest watertechniques ive learned so far. this jutsu has a short-long distance and i think it has the power to kill the oponent. i honestly can't come up with anything else than this.
Drawbacks/counters: the best time to evade this technique is while your in the air and the user is performing the handseals. you can use a powerfull wind tech to blow you out of the dangerzone or create a clone to throw you to the other direction. annother way is probably to block the pool of water with mud i think. i really can't come up with something else

Being focused on the Beast also means that you can't use other techniques.
As for the second technique, think about using it in a supplementary fashion. Use the pillar to launch you up, aim the bullets away from you, and then form a dragon for you to ride around on before dive-bombing your opponent. Just my favorite usage of it. <.<

( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids

Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

Similar to previous techniques. While the opponent is on a water source or close to it, short to mid range to be exact. The user will simply swing their arm and cause a water vortex to appear around the opponent. The water will then shoot the opponent high into the air, the impact it gives off when it sends the opponent in the air is where the damage happens. Certain combos can be when the opponent is in the air to send a air attack like dropping lid to crash them back down onto the ground. After they are sent in the air though you must do one more swing of the hand to stop the vortex releasing it so you can move onto the next jutsu.

Description:After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Okay one of the more destructive jutsus when it comes with precision. You will first do one hand seal and release a very thin stream of water that is heavily condensed. It has the slicing power to cut through trees with ease and other material. Needless to say it can impale the opponent with ease on contact. Its a very fast moving jutsu when released as well, it has the type of speed that reminds me of a standard wind jutsu. The user while releasing the stream can move their head around to redirect the attack how they want, this means you can attack multiple opponents or constructs at once. It can travel a long range as well giving mobility to it. Being a stream technique you have to constantly send it meaning it might not work well with combos alone, it could work as a good finisher though but know that it can leave you open.

Creative uses/strengths: A great watertechnique that goes up to mid-range. It can be used to send the oponent in the airand attack him while he's mid-air. No hanseals are required for this, you just simply swing your arm.
Drawbacks/counters: even tho the jutsu can go up to mid-range the enemy can't be too far away. The jutsu require a watersource and that is the biggest drawback. Also in order to perform a jutsu after this one you have to swing your arm again to release the Vortex. One way to counter this technique i think is to turn the ground below you into mud or spit mudballs towards the vortex.

Jutsu 2

performing the technique: I begin gathering a huge amount of chakra in my body. i then begin kneading my chakra in my stomach, converting it to Suiton. when i have the right amount i gather it in my lungs, take a deep breath, perform the nescessary tiger handseal and spew out a high pressurized stream of water, sending it towards a group of dummys, slicing all of them in half.
creative uses/strengths: A great finishing jutsu in my opinion. It can be used against an oponent who is hiding behind a tree, a rock or anyting, The force of the water is powerfull enough to slice the enemy in half. The jutsu goes up to long-range and is very fast. it requires only one handseal so it can be made fast to.
Drawbacks/counters: A way to counter is to use an A-rank Mudwall or earth jutsu as a shield. i wouldn't recommend trying to avoid it since it is a very fastmoving technique. Annother way could be, altho im not sure if its allowed, to go underground, avoiding the jutsu entirely.

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

This technique is very similar to the Severing Pressure jutsu, but not as concentrated; it's a larger stream, rather than the thin version of SP. In this way, it allows you to have a larger margin for error, while still having a fairly powerful destructive force like the other jutsu. It's also a good technique to build up a lake of water if you have a crater, especially as a secondary usage of the technique; try to attack, but they dodged so now you have a lake to use. But this technique uses no handseals, and is simply exhaled like many fire or wind techniques. Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

This technique uses the tiger handseals, and allows you to simply build up chakra within your body and expel a great deal of water from your mouth in a torrent. Afterwards, you form that water into a large barrier which appears to be like a bowl; curved away from yourself to "catch" an incoming attack. This barricade is effective to stop any Katon jutsu, and a great deal of other techniques. Even Doton, up to A-rank, can be caught by this barricade and stopped. But, since it's also a stream technique, you will need to watch out for Raiton techniques which can be conducted through the water and down into your body, electrocuting you. But aside from that, this technique is near-instant, requires no water source, and can stop a great deal of techniques, even solid ones, making it very versatile and useful.

Jutsu 1

performing the technique: I begin by gathering the nescessary amount of chakra in my body and when i feel that i have the right amount i gather it in my chest and lungs and begin molding the chakra, transforming it to suiton. when i have the huge amount gathered i release it by exhaling it from my mouth in the form of a large powerfull torrent.
Creative uses/Strengths A great jutsu that goes up to long range and covers a huge area. now this jutsu has many strengths: goes up to long range, No required handseals, since its a streaming technique you can change the direction of it. Powerfull enough to go through most obstackles in its path and if it misses its target you can use the field as a watersource.
Drawbacks/counters One of the drawbacks is that its a streaming technique and so you can't perform any other technique while using this one. other than that im having trouble coming up with other drawbacks. One way to counter this jutsu is to use a very powerfull mudwall or to counter it with the same technique.

Jutsu 2

Performing the technique I begin gathering a huge amount of chakra in my lungs and when i feel that i have the right amount i begin manipulating it, transforming it to Suiton. At the same time i perform the nescessary tiger handseal and I then release the water by exhaling it from my mouth, creating a great water barrier infront of me as a shield.
Creative uses/strengths A great defensive technique that can block pretty much every fire jutsu and (i think) wind jutsu. it can even block up to A-rank solid earth techniques even tho earth is strong against water. A great barrier that i think cover upto 360 and i think can be used to trap an oponent and then use the Raiton:Kangekiha to paralize him/her, like Darui did to sasuke.
Drawbacks/counters The two biggest drawbacks is that A. it requires a nescessary handseal and B. Its very dangerous to use this against an oponent who have mastery over lightning release. and its a streaming techniqe so you cant perform any other techniqe while doing this one.There is not really any way to counter this technique since its not an offencive one so i think that is it.
