I'm gonna say Ino, though Sakura has made her contribution by healing Naruto and the Alliance.

However, Ino saved Kakashi, Gai, Bee, and Naruto from the Bijuudama is a split second. And then she was crucial in allowing Minato to jump everyone to safety and again with communicating Naruto and Hashirama's feelings to inspire everyone.
