Can't really compare them. One was using her mind to send intel to the world while another was healing folks.
Both did their fair share. Take either of them away and the war would have gone down hill much faster.

Ino rocked this war. But Sakura did as well. I'm not going to choose because neither can do the others job as well as them.
Ino helped take down gin/kin, fought with asuma, stopped the juubi for a bit, basically was the medium for the mass communicating with the SA and anything else i might have missed you can fill in cuz im literally calling this stuff off my head.
Sakura was initially with the mid-long range fighter division so we know she did some fighting there then transferred to medic division.
She discovered something critical and relayed the information which helped the SA big time as she found out the secret of white zetsu and its transformation, shes been healing the wounded all of that time.
She on the battlefield assisted other shinobi by powering their attacks like darui, she healed up kakashi and healed naruto when he was drained. She achieved her byakugou seal and proceeded to destroy a chunk of the juubi clone army and then used katsuya to heal the SA via regeneration and then she assisted in saving shikamaru's life and when tsunade came she helped heal the SA in a new way that was a katsuya floor mat basically.
She then was able to assist Naruto by keeping his body working while he was technically dead which paved they way to his revival that is taking place at the moment.
Ino and Sakura were shining in two totally different aspects. These female of the k11 are MVP I can't say ones job was more important than the other.

Ino & Hinata prevented a massive juubi Tbb from wiping out everyone including the Non-fodders (Naruto,Bee,Kakashi,Gai,Lee etc.
All Sakura did was heal fodders and Naruto. Something Tsunade would of did x10 better had she not fought Madara.
Meanwhile Ino provided moral support and connected the minds of all the alliance despite having her father killed
