Why Cant Naruto Learn More Than One Jutsu?

I think almost everyone in k11 and manga has learned multi jutsu, no matter how meaningless or if it was a clan jutsu learned.


Naruto has learned 1 jutsu that was used by everyone in k11 with no training.

He also has varients which are impressive.


But i guess my main question is if naruto created FRS or if jairaya did or mabye even minato.

k11 didn't use rasengan they simply pushed it forward after naruto already made them. For some cheesy friendship defeats all bull crap.

Naruto doesn't just that require handseals other then his sexy justu and the shadow clone justu.
All his tactics are made on the spot.
Its quality over quantity
Giving naruto more justu would go against his character

He can use multiple jutsu....but a lot of common jutsu would be a waste of his time. Like even if he had fire nature, learning fireball jutsu would be pointless for him when he can just rasengan spam, use FRS, frog kata, summonings, bijuu dama, etc.
