Naruto formed the Rasengans and stabilized them with the bijuu cloak he gave to the k11. The only thing they could do was thrust them into somebody.

Naruto is considered god level using one jutsu. If Naruto had more than one original jutsu it would basically make it impossible to beat he would become Naruto Madara Uchiha Uzumaki. Imagine Naruto as he is now then add more jutsus and extra training to master those jutsus (which would thereby increase his taijustsu and chakra control) plus giving him new jutsus would mean he has to use other releases right and maybe he a kekkei genkai or a kekkei tota at least. With all of that established do you think anyone would be able to beat him. Dude the only person we know that could got head o against Naruto and have a chance of Winning is Sasuke (and yes Im not counting Hashirama, Madara, Tobirama ETC there are techinally dead or were dead so they don't count) and even then Sasuke would probably get his ass kicked because he would run out on chakra and that's under normally circumstance. Now imagine the Naruto that was previous established (Heck add the other half of the nine tails chakra) vs Sasuke. Now tell Sasuke even has a chance. Kishi needed to make sure that not every ninja was basically Madara Uchiha.

3) Harem no justu
4) Oroike no justu
5) Multi kage bunshin.

Lee can't even create ninjutsu, so he didn't do it himself. He was doubting himself because it was the first time he has ever utilized a ninjutsu in his life.
