Its possible with bunshin feints hes known for so kamui kills in 1v1 is possible

That scan means nothing. His eye is currently blurry because he has been spamming MS. What happens when he spam MS? Canonically, your sight becomes blurry. Kakashi's MS has NEVER had issues with sight before this instance; if it has, show me the scans.

regardless of that the fact remains that kamui hype has been SEVERELY downgraded. I'd even go as far to say that any ninja that could avoid amaterasu could also avoid kamui.

It's not kamui's hype that has been degraded. It's kakashi's. If anything Kamui's hype went up with it working on onmyoudon.
Kakashi's poor vision has no effect whatsoever on kamui's godliness.
