Sand ninjutsu does not have a chakra nature. That's like saying Sai's jutsu is "ink release". I understand what you mean though but if it was, it would have been mentioned by now. It is just the manipulation of sand via ninjutsu. Correct me if in wrong here but I think Sand Clone is available to everybody but only Gaara has full control over sand thanks to Shukaku.

15 minutes?? wasn't that when obito was jin??? kishi is focusing on might gai so it will probably happened around 669(similar to how madara was in 559 and obito in 599) - 670 and onwards,

kishi in his first interview for 2014 said he will focus on madara juubi and sasuke, so after might gai will be juubi

Sand is not based on elemental ninjutsu I have no idea where you got that from lol. Supposing that "Yin-Yang" is all non-elemental ninjutsu, that would make Sai's jutsu that as well and not a combination of anything else. Same with Gaara's sand.

Well the Rasengan isnt wind technique it is just chakra. But wind is very posibble since Namikaze means winds and waves xD.

I can't really accept the fact that Idle Sand and Moving Sand are two different elements. It's like saying that Still water and moving Water are two completely different elements.
