Not really. Hiruzen used Kage Bunshin to bound Hashirama and Tobirama and sealed them afterwards with Shiki Fūjin.
Madara said only a living man could become Jinchūriki of Jūbi. Obito created also his own Edo-Jinchūriki army, right?
