Susanoo is a Doujutsu. A Doujutsu requires eyes to be cast. How can you cast a Doujutsu without Eyes ? If you can cast Susanoo without eyes by just Chakra stabilisation then you can cast Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi without eyes too.

How did madara know about the red steam

Dai used it against the 7 Swordsmen if the Mist. Madara (or Zetsu or Obito) was controlling the Mist at some point in time (which I'm assuming is then). Madara also thinks he's seen Gai before because Gai looks like Dai. Therefore, Madara has probably seen the effects of the red steam thanks to Zetsu's recording ability or because himself and Black Zetsu are linked so even if Nadara has died at this point, he would have Black Zetsu's memories.

That's my guess anyway.

For amaterasu, you need to see the opponent, same goes for tsy, they need to lok you in the eyes, Susano'o is pure chakra manifestation.

Rasengan has no chakra nature. The whole reason we want to know Minato's chakra nature is because it was stated that he had one but couldn't put it into the Rasengan before he died (unlike Naruto). FTG is faster than lightning. There is nothing to suggest earth or any other element.

Sand release is a combination of earth and wind

its "similar to a kekkeigenkai thats why a normal user could not use it, Gaara somehow inherited the abilities of Shukaku thats why hes the only one who can use it - also hes father had the gold dust kekkeigenkai, there is aso the iron sand they are all considered kekkeigenkai

Wiki is not a useless site it's actually the best site for Naruto data. It never said Tsunade has lightning release. It says thatTsunade has the ability to send electricity through her opponents to mess up their neural pathways and it is unconfirmed if this involved lightning release.
