What's the worst thing Minato ever did. Create RDS? (Which btw has saved the village on more than one occasion). Tsunade was about to help Oro get his arms back and that would've just caused more problems.
Tsunade did not try to help Oro to heal his arms what manga are you reading??
She was about to channel deadly chakra to Oro by looking like she was about to heal; but Kabuto interrupted since he knew deadly chakra as a medical ninja.
Minato had a small reign and did nıt have shit ton of problems Tsunade did. One tough decision and the guy orphanised his own kid. And it is funny how you brought out Minato of all hokages, the better one in comparasion to first 3 hokages.
No, the one who did the most for the village also did the worst. Yeah
Tobirama. Although he made the Konoha for what it is today such as creating the Academy and Anbu, he also
created Edo Tensei which Orochimaru used for conquest and made most of the Uchiha feel like crap.
1 - "She allowed Sasuke to leave the village". When? Did he ask her to leave and she said yes? IIRC, he left on his own during the night and the Sound 4 were there to escort him. If he had never left the Alliance would be dead btw.
2 - "She allowed Kabuto to leave". Did you even read the fight? She was protecting Naruto from Orochimaru, then she overcame her phobia, healed herself and summoned Katsuyu. Kabuto moved next to Oro to help him summon Manda. Then after the fight they both 'ran away'. Don't see where being busy with Oro and Kabuto being able to move is her fault.
3 - This one is just retarded, especially the reason ~~ She's the best medical ninja. Its an established manga fact, there's no arguing with this one.
4 - Is Jiraiya a child and Tsunade the mother? He knew he was going into enemy territory and the danger it meant. If he had never went there, Konoha would never had access to the information he gathered about Pain's identity.
5 - I'd like to see Hiruzen do any better...
Shelke already made a good analysis on how she isn't the worse, in fact its quite the opposite.
And talking about a character as if it were a real person, lel. Its all for the sake of the manga's plot. There's no better or worse Hokage, each gave their contribution to the story.
Um excuse me but last time I checked, he stopped Obito from continuing with Minato's plan of world domination. Minato delayed Madara's plan and he sacrificed his life because of that. The end of the world could've come much sooner if Minato didn't do anything about the Kyuubi. He teleported the 9 Tails away from the village. A lot of damage could've been done but Minato ended it. Where was Tsunade during that time. Getting drunk and gambling. So Minato did do more for the village and more for Naruto.
You mean he let Obito leave while he was right in front of him? And then instead of having the 3rd Hokage help him with the Kyuubi.. he tried to be a 1 man team.. and ended up killing himself and his wife..Yea real smart fella.
Tsunade didn't need to be a in village that was corrupted.. the same corruption that Minato didn't do sh*t about, until Tsunade came.. Who didn't take crap from the elders..

1. She knew that Sasuke had fought with Naruto and that things were getting tense. She knew that Orochimaru had his eye on Sasuke. Still she left Sasuke unattended and to make up for that she let 5 GENIN go after him!!!
2. Hiruzen, the man that fought Hashirama, Tobirama, and Orochimaru. Yeah he could do a lot better
Konoha was created for the sole purpose of the unification of the "Shinobi". Hashirama didn't make Konoha so he can rule his own little village. He made it so it causes more "unification". And which it succeeded in.
Yes that was the purpose for creating Konoha, but the purpose for electing a Hokage is for that hokage to rule over the village, and think in the best interest of the village first. As a an elected Hokage, that was Hashirama's job. I'll just quote Hashirama to show he agrees with me. "I believe that protecting the village is the best way to protect the Shinobi" -Hashirama

Did the villages end up in a war cause of Konoha? You can't put the blame of something on someone, if their beliefs/ideology wasn't even followed..
I give you a rope, instead of using it right for an actual purpose, you decide to go use it to choke people.. now whose fault is it? Mines or yours? Clearly not mines.. since i'm not a future teller, i trusted you with something, however you decided to take the wrong step.
You misunderstand me. I never blamed him for the wars. My point was that a major political and military leverage that those nations had was given to them by the first Hokage. It's not his fault for the war, but it is his fault for the added power and leverage those villages used to help enter into the war. I understand completely his idea was to unite the nations for peace, but his ability to discern that the other Kage were not interested in peace, but only that leverage should've led to to realize that giving them the beasts wasn't the best thing for peace, nor for his village at that moment
And plus, you guys would have been blaming Hashirama if Konoha had kept all the tailed beasts also..
I dont know who "you guys" are, but again, my point was about how his decision stacked up in the interest of the village. Even if he had decided to keep the tailed beasts, and kill the other villages, leaving the leaf the only village standing, I could call him an evil individual yes, but since he would've effectively eliminated any possible threat to his village, and since the Hokage is solely responsible for his village, nothing more nothing less, I could not say that that decision would make him a bad Hokage.

They all did a lot of good yet made a few mistakes, they are human. Their isn't really a "worst," hokage, because they all were great in their own right.
Nah, it's a fact. She is the best medical healer. Or maybe not because of Hashi but she definitely is the weakest. Hashi Mokuton beats her. Tobirama>her. Hiruzen RDS and Monkey Staff beat her. Minato space time and tbb and sage mode beat her. She is the weakest. All she has is brute force.

Yea but here is the thing, he never did anything against the village. He fought Madara all by himself, so no one would get hurt. He further led that fight away from the village so it won't cause destruction.. He on top of that was the one to find that village. Not Tobirama or Madara... but Hashirama freaking Senju.. Also, in the scan you posted he is referring to the shinobi of the leaf. Also, unifying the shinobi of different countries is what is best for Konoha.
But here is the thing war existed before the addition of those things. In fact it was even worst....Hashirama did the right thing to lessen that hunger for power, by giving out the bijuus. But then you had radicals who still wanted more power (Kinkaku and Ginkaku bros huge part of the 1st shinobi war)...
Role of the Hokage isn't just solely to the village.. it is to the shinobi world also. Just like Hashirama portrayed it. Everything he did is what a Hokage is suppose to do. Hokage is there to unite the shinobi worlds, not dictate it (something that would have happened if Konoha had kept all the tailed beasts after Hashirama was gone).. And lets say they all started to be released from the seals.. who is gonna stop them?
Can Konoha handle the eruption of the 8-tails and the 9-tails at the same time? Clearly not..
Sadly, no Hokage's sole role isn't for the village, but for the whole Shinobi. It was limited to the village by the 3rd and 4th Hokage.. 2nd Hokage went out of his way and nearly getting killed to achieve peace.. Tsunade right after Suna's attack renewed their treaty..
