Tsunade Is the Worst Hokage

Yea but come on now. Theres no excuse. Yea tsunade wouldve lost but why put naruto in harms way. He has the kyuubi and thats what akatsuki was after right?

You have a point but still he was the only one that could save the village back then in pein arc. I mean she knew that he had perfect sage mode so i guess she left the RESPONSIBILITY to naruto. She's a bad hokage but let's give her some props for trying to protect the villagers.

Yeah I said it and I'll say it again. Tsunade is clearly the worst Hokage. This is my opinion backed up with hard, cold facts. So let me explain:
1. She allowed Sasuke to leave the village: Tsunade was Hokage during the Sasuke retrieval arc. She knew what Sasuke was planning even before he left and she could've put a Jonin such as Kakashi to keep watch of him. But no, she just let him waltz right out of the village even though she knew he could and would become a later threat to the leaf. But instead what did she do? She let 5 young Genin risk their lives to go after 1 person that was being accompanied by Orochimaru's henchmen.

2. She allowed Kabuto to live: Remember when the three Sannin were fighting and Naruto used a rasengan on Kabuto while Kabuto cut one of Naruto's organs. Kabuto started bragging like Naruto was going to die anyway and Tsunade told him to shut up. She said she would kill him later. Well it got me thinking... If Tsunade kept her promise and really did kill Kabuto then Kabuto wouldn't have found Madara's remains. That would mean that Madara would never have been brought back. That would mean that the Allied Shinobi Force would have already won the war.

3. World's Greatest Medical Ninja?: I think no. Remember that she was afraid of blood. How can you be a medical ninja and be afraid of blood. Especially when you're a female and it gets to that time of the month.

4. She let Jiraiya go: Okay, for me this one takes the cake. Jiraiya told Tsunade before that he was going into battle. Tsunade knew that he was going to the village hidden in the rain. Tsunade knew that it would've been a dangerous mission. Still, she decided to let him waltz right out of the door. And for what? A stupid bet. Come on. The death of Jiraiya was on her and even Naruto stated it. She didn't even offer him someone to accompany him.

5. She let Pain stomp all over the leaf: This is probably the most important one. Out of all the people that tried to destroy the leaf, the most damage was done during Tsunade's reign. Madara, Obito, and Orochimaru in that order all tried to destroy the leaf. Some damage was done, but the other Hokage did not let their opponents get that far into the village. Tsunade on the other hand... She knew that Pain was coming. She knew that this was the man that killed Jiraiya. She knew how dangerous it was. What did she do when she saw that he was already in the village tearing it up? She sat at her desk with Shikaku advising her. Even the barrier that she tried to put up did not help. The other times that opponents entered the Leaf, they did minimal damage. When Pain came, there was no more Leaf village anymore. All the houses and places of business were destroyed. '

This all happened all under Tsunade's reign. So now I can unarguably say that Tsunade is the worst Hokage. I only talked about the things that happened under her rule. She made plenty of mistakes outside of office too. But once again, Tsuande is the worst Hokage... end of story. Your thoughts on this?

1. How is this her fault? She can't be there to watch over all of her gennins. Not to mention she protected Sasuke from the likes of Danzo, the other villages and from the bounty hunters.
2. Wtf. Hashirama let Madara to live so is this making him the worst Hokage? Hiruzen let Orochimaru to live, is this making him the worst Hoakge? Minato let Obito to live, is this making him the worst Hokage?
3. You aren't making any sense here.
4. Same as point 1. The Hokage's job is to protect the village and not to let it without protection. She wanted to go with him, but Jiraiya was the one who refused her help, because he said the village needs her.
6. So what? She still protected at least 60% of the village. ( which is more than 6000 people )

More than 6000 people? You've gotta be kidding me. She couldn't even save her self. And Itachi protected Sasuke from Danzo, not Tsunade. Sasuke chose to attack Danzo. And at least when those guys attacked the Leaf, the previous Hokage stopped them in some way, shape, or form. Madara crawled into a cave after he was defeated by Hashi. Oro had his hands sealed by 3rd and went to Tsunade for help, (and she almost did help him which I may add). Obito fled after he was rasenganed by Minato. Besides, Minato had to go protect the rest of the village from Kurama. But Tsunade, she let Kabuto go without even a scratch. Naruto did the damage.

Sorry, Hashirama is the worst to me. His idea of obtaining peace was giving away tailed beasts to other nations. Yet the village ended up in a war with those same nations by the time the next Hokage (Tobirama) took control. And another war broke out by the time the 3rd did. That's the single worst decision any Hokage has made so far imo.

Your list about Tsunade doesn't resonate with though I'm sorry. Her decision to not kill Kabuto was done so before she was hokage, so you counting that as a discredit to her ability as a Hokage is reaching.

Letting Jiraiya go was another failed point. Ninja go on dangerous missions all the time. And she did ask him why he needed to go alone, which Jiraiya insisted this was something he needed to do and that getting the info was the important thing, which the mission was a success, and went on to help defeat pain in the long run.

Letting Sasuke leave is a little strange as well. Hiruzen let Oro leave, and Oro ended up attacking the village. Hashirama let Madara leave, and they ended up in a death battle and look what Madara is doing now. Tsunade let Sasuke go, and he.....killed Orochimaru, helped defeat Kabuto, killed Diedara, killed the corrupt Danzo, and is helping in the ninja alliance. Yea big mistake she made.

Your only decent point was Pain destroying the village, even though again, the intel gathered by jiraiya, the mission she allowed, is what lead to his defeat and the village ended up being restored.

She protected the majority of the villagers. But probably you believe Nagato had the chakra reserves to resurrect more than 15.000 people. ( and this is a low ball estimation )

4. Jiraiya didn't listen to Tsunade his fault, start reading the manga.

5. Not her fault, that she got betrayed by her own people who were trying to elminate her from the Hokage spot. And not her fault, Pain did a jutsu that couldn't be stopped by the last 3 Hokage also..

Um excuse me but last time I checked, he stopped Obito from continuing with Minato's plan of world domination. Minato delayed Madara's plan and he sacrificed his life because of that. The end of the world could've come much sooner if Minato didn't do anything about the Kyuubi. He teleported the 9 Tails away from the village. A lot of damage could've been done but Minato ended it. Where was Tsunade during that time. Getting drunk and gambling. So Minato did do more for the village and more for Naruto.
