Lol, no. NV also as Madara's meteors, Juubi TBBs. regular TBBs. While the military is focusing on the moon, they get bombarded with those.

Truth be told if NV was brought to the real world most of them won't be fighting a war, they will mostly join Hollywood, star in their own reality tv shows and sitcoms or enter the music industry:

ohh they will be favorite episodes to watch whole day, every day.
Either, NV wins because they get to stop them from nuking.
Or, the real world wins because of nukes that they can use.
Even though, nuking would be the worst idea because we would kill our economy and ourselves we would still ''win''.
Allot of fodder shinobi will die though, even to regular guns.
There are only a few people who would actually stand a chance against an army when fighting alone because of their defensive powers, but most of the people won't.
But considering they will work as a team allot of lives can be spared.
I'm not sure if we should count sensors in as usefull if the real world people don't have chakra.
I am ignoring whatever spiritual people you have put here because, well, they're spiritual.
Being a complete atheist right now, i have to say that these ''spiritual'' people only have had lots of coincidences, or are only the type of people that do ''spiritual healing''.
Besides, NV has people like Itachi, Sasuke, Madara, Naruto, Minato, Ay, 3rd Raikage, people who could effortlessly solo an army.
Not including Hashirama because even though he has healing powers and large scale mokuton, a shower of bullets will take him out, he couldn't heal fast enough.
He could possibly try to protect himself with allot of wood but certain things would still destroy it and eventually get to him.
But as i said, if the ninja work as a team, they can easily destroy the military.

Well we have nukes so that gives us a major advantage,the only threat would be genjutsu and the jinchuriki but I have to say NV takes this.

U.S will Deploy 25 million fodder chinese army to fight the NV
then NV warriors will gets tired as shit and out of chakra after killing 25 million fodders
