You can't counter a nuke. Nothing in NV is fast enough to even react to hundreds of nukes being dropped from the ICBMS in space.

Naruto isn't able to take down hundreds of nuclear devices. The whole planet that NV exist on would be nothing but a wasteland. ICBMS drop their payload from space, Naruto can't do anything.

In addition to that, nerve gas bombings, tear gas, aids, HPV, small pox, TB, crabs, and every other disease known to man can be contained and dropped. NV gets pounded.

100 snipers can kill 1000s of shinobi from 600-1000 yards away.

50 50 cal rifle cannons can kill 10,000 shinobi easily.. after all there .50 shells rip flesh if they wiz by you.

Now with this said.. there are 100,000 plus snipers and millions of 50 cap rifles

Most sensors will be able to hone on to their targets and find their locations and make the snipers becomes the sniped not to mention the ninja can just dodge or use the substitution jutsu for a counter which would reveal their locations
