No holding back? So Madara is going to jump to PS?
While Sussanoo is stabilizing, Kabuto gets his Sound Genjutsu prepared at the same time.
No matter how tall PS is, Sound will eventually travel there, as he can perfectly hear Onoki easily[
Kabuto versatility will enable him to temporary dodge PS slash, as much as Base Harashima[
Eventually Kabuto hits him with Sound by foot or with Summoning as transportation.
Once Madara skyfalls when Sussanoo deactivates[
You should of made it IC fight so they can display all of their arsenals instead of their most valuable finisher.

Madara takes this. Even if Kabuto liquefies to avoid death from Perfect Susano'O shockwaves, his fluids will be spread all over creation. Madara just chills until he eventually gets back together and does the same.

That's not taking him out. That's killing time. :|
Also, I don't see how he counter jutsu's like Muki Tensei. Seeing there's sand in battlefield, he can theoretically use them the same fashion Gaara used in case he goes ribcage combat.
Which is plausible, given that Muki Tensei controls matter that are not alive.

In case he uses PS, Kabuto can tie the legs of Susano'o with the sand by using Muki Tensei. Not only is he restricted in movement, but is he given a factor and risk to be thrown off of balance. Not to mention, theoretically he can control the whole Susano'o with Muki Tensei, which is not alive.
Then there comes Manda. How big is it? Roughly the size of PS, or half of it. Even that is enough. Then Manda can squeeze the PS from the kneees, so that it kneels forcefully. Even if if it is for momentarily, that is enough (Madara may cut it down). Kabuto activates Hakugeki, which instantly puts Susano'o away, meaning he falls from height [

].Kabuto doesn't end it there. He deactivates the jutsu, and ties him with webs. After this, he uses Sound Genjutsu and ends it with a bow and arrow. He doesn't get close.

Or he can temporary dodge them like Base Hashirama and have Sound Genjutsu remove the Sussanoo

lol, don't know where you got your measurements from, but I see no evidence supporting them. Your little scenario here depicts Madara doing nothing while a giant snake approaches him and tries to wrap around his Susanoo until its already made him fall. Let me tell you what would really happen, cause this nonsense makes no sense.

All your arguments in this post rely on Madara doing nothing or doing nothing until its too late.
Not seeing any kind of evidence that allows him to do such a thing, in fact all I see is you giving him Hashirama's feats, especially when Hashirama is the one who can keep up with someone fast enough to blitz SM Naruto. Kabuto's speed is meh in comparison.
Then Madara swings his blade and deflects Kabuto Sound Genjutsu along with wiping him off the face of the map.
