1st-by uchiha madara or 2nd madara : befor old madara died he sealed part of himself within obito and controlled him..that is why itachi and kisame weren't fooled but indeed spoke with Madara
2nd -by spiral zetsu..tobimadara needed to lead akatsuki from the shadow that is why he integrated spiral zetsu within his body to allow
him act like goofy guy and lead akatsuki secretly...

-Madara is the final villain becuz he was the true masked man...obito isn't the finall villain becuz he was being controlled by the 2nd Madara..

maybe you went full retarded + you clearly dont read manga well...go to chapter were oro revived previous hokages..in that chapter 6 zetsus came out from obito's body without even sasuke's realizing this...the zetsus have ability to be integrated within humain bodies and even shape their personality...just think about it...do you think kishi created the spiral zetsu just like that randomly?...also the spiral zetsu can't disapear just like that..thats why there has to be some connection between spiral zetsu and tobi...also the white zetsu called the spiral zetsu a "good boy" then years later when tobi was acting goofy the white zetsu called tobi "good boy"..he was clearly speaking with spiral zetsu who was taking full controll over obito's body...even black zetsu called him stupid when they were alone...but then suddenly when tobi's voice changed and declared himself "madara" the black zetsu suddenly become slave servant of him...that was the 2nd Madara taking over obito's body ( ok im prestty sure on the 2nd madara part you wouldnt belive me but its truth)...madara is the reall tobi
