For me tobirama lost his hype when I believed he was killed by the ginkaku force. Hiruzen still better than tobirama. How can madara break edo tensei but oro was able to control tobirama twice with it. If hiruzen is hype so is tobirama

hiraishin is really useful, it saved the alliance twice, it helped land hit on juubito thrice and it also saved the main characters

along with sage mode and a couple others, kishi puts S/T as one of the top tier powers

On topic, I would like to point out that quantity does not equal quality. Sasuke's Goukakyuu no Jutsu can be far larger than his Chidori but it's no way near as potent.
