With the new chapter around the corner, D-Block has ended. All but one fighter, who went unseen, lays defeated. However, one of the named fighters did not appear on the defeated panels: Meadows.
I'm betting this man is the victor of D-Block, and will actually be revealed to be Vista of the Whitebeard Pirates. Before I get into why I think it would be Meadows, I will explain why I do not believe it will be Rebecca with Haki (the second most likely case), or the idea that Meadows is Kaidou which has been tossed around for a while today.
First off, I find the idea of it being Conquerer Haki to be unlikely. First we have Chinjao using Conquerers in the C-Block fight
All in all... I feel it is unlikely that CoC was the culprit.
Some people have also claimed this is Kaidou; however, there's no way it should be Kaidou. Just look at Big Mom. The thought of making a deal with Luffy drove her to rage. Blackbeard sent a SUBORDINATE to go get it. Why would Kaidou go himself?
A high ranking/first mate level Kaidou pirate would be a better guess, but Kaidou seems only into Zoans. Also, I think he's in a position to simply tell Doflamingo he wants it.
Firstly, we know Oda ALWAYS brings everything into his works. I mean even Doflamingo's "Smile" comment later on was given purpose. Of the D-Block fighters... Meadows was the only one who wasn't shown in the fighting. Which means Oda has to have some plan for him. In my opinion... it is him as the victor of this fight.
I also believe that he is Vista for the following reasons.
1. With Ace's fruit on the line, the Whitebeard Pirates should seemingly make a move for it.
2. Sabo's comment of, "I've heard rumors of this." could possibly reference to Sabo's earlier talk with Koala. Sabo had wanted to be at the Summit War, but couldn't make it. This could mean that Sabo heard rumor of Vista's attack, but has never seen it.
3. Appearance wise, he can plausibly match.
Instead of these recent thoughts, I believe our D-Block victor is Meadows who is actually Vista.

. Not only did it not leave a huge plum of smoke hiding his presence, but many fighters had no issue surviving it. I find it unlikely that everyone in Block-C are ALL levels above D-Block. I also do not think that Rebecca (if she used it) would be able to use it better than Chinjao or Luffy who have had YEARS to train it. Many fighters at Marineford even survived it.All in all... A) His moustache is similar... the key differences being that his is not split, and his is more upright... but we still haven't seen him post-timeskip.
B) The grin Vista has parallels Meadows's grin.
C) They have similar teeth styles.
D) They have similar Noses during close ups.
3. This idea would also parallel the Blackbeard Pirates' actions here.
A) We know that the Blackbeard Pirates have taken on the use of the same Division system Whitebeard used, and Burgess was sent. Similarly, we could say with Marco now in charge, Vista was sent.
B) Burgess entered the tournament he hid himself in disguise. Vista would be hiding his face and calling himself with the Cheetah mask.
4. The name Meadows. One could think of a meadow as a field of flowers. Vista is known as the, "Flower
Swordsman." So the name could also symbolize his fighting style.
Naturally it is hard to say for now. Aside from this, the other two plausible situations would be Rebecca with Conquerers or plausibly Meadows being someone else. Considering what we saw with Luffy and Chinjao using Conquerers as well as Rebecca being seen down (even if her eye appears open), I find her more likely to have lost.
Meadows being the only one left, it simply depends on if he is Kaidou's man, Vista, or even his own entity; however, based on what I've said above, I feel like Vista is a pretty solid shot.

NOT MINE: TAKEN FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE
