You are seeing the difference between all the scans you're linking and what happened with Itachi right? No ones movement has ever created a puff of smoke bigger than themselves before.. It is obviously a smoke bomb

I had no idea you worked with kishimoto him self

The scan you initially showed only features smoke in the bottom right corner of an already miniscule panel. You cannot see the full size of the smoke to judge its actual size.
Idk if you're blind, but the scan I linked is showing a puff of smoke reaching right up to Nagato's shoulder neck area

Think you might want to look at that again, and compare it with everything else you posted

I hope you all realize that Itachi would murder Kakashi, otherwise you need to check your brain.

Scenario 1: Kakashi has more going for him in base sharingan

Scenario 2: Kakashi kamui's

I've so had it with the Kamui BS.

I could give you a 1000 reasons why itachi would be overkill, but I've realized smth...

Fanboys are worse than religious people - there is no getting through to their thick skull, you hit them with Logic and it bounces right back to your face, its useless.

I can assure you I am not blind.

The smoke is clearly up to Kakashi's shoulder in . Yet it is quite evident he did not use a smoke bomb, nor had any reason to against the likes of Part I Naruto.

I'm getting tired of arguing with someone who can't see the difference between the sparse wind created from movement, and the thick cloud of smoke at the side of Nagato

First you stated that it is up to his shoulder. I provided you with a Shunshin that created smoke up to a shoulder. Here are a few more shoulder high Shunshin clouds in case you wanted more evidence. [ ] [ ]

Now you are saying that Itachi's smoke was thicker, thus it must have been a smoke bomb. However, you cannot prove that it is a thick cloud of smoke based on an inch of panel space. The rest of the smoke cloud is cut off from the scan, thus you have no evidence that the rest of the cloud is actually that thick at all, and that if the panel were expanded, the smoke may be sparsely populated afterall, contrary to what you are asserting.

The teleportation jutsu uses smoke to hid the movements of the user

It's an old technique and it was used a lot during early part 1

The technique itself appears to generate the smoke, not an external smoke bomb thrown by the user, though. Why would Gai and Kakashi be using smoke bombs to conceal their movements from a group of non-hostile Genin? It doesn't make any sense in the context of the numerous scenarios we see it being used in.

I never said they threw smoke bombs

I said that the jutsu makes smoke to hide movements

Except the body flicker jutsu doesn't use smoke whatsoever, and there are hundreds of people who have used it in the manga without it..Smoke bombs are used WITH it to conceal movement.. just as some ninjas have added elements to do the same effect

Leaf body flicker
Sand body flicker
Mist body flicker

This is all STATED in the databook

All you've linked in the pictures are a few cases of small wind being blown once the person arrived at their destination.. which is completely not what happened with Itachi.. where a large puff of smoke, akin to that of what happens when you destroy a bunshin clone, is at the side of Nagato... What's even funnier, is that the scans you linked all had the gust of wind at the DESTINATION of the ninja's movement and NOT the Start location

You must be registered for see images

Which is also completely different to what happened with Itachi... You have no claim to begin with, you're just Assuming the vice versa is true

Which as the above scan shows, It isn't

False, the databook does not state anything about smoke bombs being used. Here is the translated databook entry for the jutsu.

Databook 1 - Shunshin no Jutsu:
Body Flicker Technique (瞬身の術, Shunshin no Jutsu)
Ninjutsu, D-rank, Supplementary
Users: Gaara, Hatake Kakashi, et al

A movement technique with extreme speed like a gust of wind!!

Appearing along with the wind, disappearing like the wind: the ninja's instantaneous movement technique. This super fast movement is almost impossible to grasp with the naked eye. If seen by an ordinary person, it would seem as if the user has teleported... In reality, the user has vitalized his body with chakra and moved at super speeds. The amount of chakra used up differs depending on the distance and elevation of their stopping point in comparison to the starting point.

The cloud of sand dances in the wind

[picture of Gaara using the Body Flicker]
[picture of Haku using the Body Flicker]
[picture of Kakashi using the Body Flicker]
↑→Haku's and Kakashi's Body Flicker. Dancing leaves and disappearing in an instant like mist. There are many variations of the "Body Flicker" for the various villages and user. Gaara's use includes the "Sand Body Flicker"*. There are also the "Mist Body Flicker"**, "Water Body Flicker"***, and "Leaf Body Flicker"****, among many others.

*Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna Shunshin)
**Mist Body Flicker" (霧瞬身, Kiri Shunshin)
***Water Body Flicker" (水瞬身, Mizu Shunshin)
****"Leaf Body Flicker" (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha Shunshin)

You cannot prove it was a "large puff of smoke" based on an inch of panel space. The only reason you can tell the Shunshin clouds in my scans are small is because you are seeing the entire picture. In your reference scan, you have the bottom right portion of the panel dedicated to the smoke, and based on that little evidence, you are assuming the entire puff of smoke was large.

Compare that to the smoke generated by a . It is not at all comparable.

What's even funnier, is that the scans you linked all had the gust of wind at the DESTINATION of the ninja's movement and NOT the Start location

All of those characters chose to remain grounded whereas Itachi elevated himself in the air. Had he remained grounded, its likely that the same clouds would have been at the destination.

What in the world does remaining grounded have to do with wind never appearing at the STARTING location?

You have NO scans , whatsoever of clouds being at the starting location, NONE, there is no scans where clouds appear from use of bodyflicker at the very start...

The very premise of your claim is assumption and based on your belief that the opposite to be true though you have no scan whatsoever to back that up

The first scan is destruction and debris from the speed jiraya took off with, its pretty obvious that isn't smoke of any sort really , even the animation used for it is different

Second one, Just like what happened with Itachi, is a smoke bomb, that he USED , to hide his movements, so Pein could not tell where he went

What leads you to that conclusion (other than the notion that it goes against your entire premise, of course)?

Not at all.

Smoke bombs have a distinct appearance and produce much larger clouds. [ ] [ ] [ ] (albeit this last one had three smoke bombs, not just one - but my point still stands for it regarding the difference appearance).
