Does base Naruto stands a chance against base Sasuke ?

When I say base , Naruto doesn't have KCM or BM , and Sasuke doesn't have EMS or MS . So , he has only 3T Sharingan .

I think Sasuke can own Naruto in this case .


EDIT : Guys , Naruto can use only 2 tails .

Sasuke wins anyways I mean curse mark was still in his body even after he lost it and now he has senjutsu...and its apart of his regular body.

He can just use jugo to activate it at any time.
