Edo Hiruzen kept up in speed with Tobirama and Hashirama, despite having a 3 in the databook.

En edo has unlimited stamina and feels no pain, thus allowing him to go at full speed.

Even then, for all of Itachi's ''speed'' he didn't actually hit anyone and was countered.

Clearly kakashi recognizes it is a genjutsu, sees through it and breaks it. Look at obito. Please pay attention to the fact that obito did absoloutely nothing at all while this happened. For reasons, probably plot, obito did not lay a finger on kakashi when kakashi was subdued and broke his genjutsu. with just simple kunai Itachi was able to stop nagato rinnengan summonings, Itachi ran circles around killer b when it came to speed. He basically own Orochimaru easily put him in a genjutsu and cut off his hand without and inten to kill.
