Usually I would agree with everyone else: some sleep is FAR better than no sleep, especially if you need to be awake and aware all day the following day (I've been in the exact same situation as you far more times than I like to admit). However, with that being said it really depends on what kind of sleeper you are. For me, if Im awake at night and need to get up in a few hours, chances are that if I go to sleep I'm going to wake up late as I'll just sleep right through my alarms. If your not a rock solid sleeper though, then I'd absolutely get the few hours sleep, but if you are like me and you know that when your out, your out, I'd stay up and stock up on things like energy drinks and caffeinated drinks to last you through the day until you can get proper sleep.
