And you put ms kakashi higher than gated gai? Kakashi who struggles to pull off high jutsu? You scum. Both gais should be placed one level higher. Im even sure kakashi wouldn't last a second against Gai in gate mode.

Kakashi is just hype known for 1000 jutsu but uses raikiri and kamui but complains about chakra depletion..

Gai is a Solo God and hasnt complained about chakra once.

Honestly, I don't see why you put Itachi above MS Sasuke. That's basically a stamina battle which we know Sasuke is going to win. Also, I myself would put MS Sasuke over alive Minato, to be honest.​

I think Itachi was portrayed to be a more skillful user of the MS and can probably beat more people than MS Sasuke. I don't see alive Minato losing to any MS user in the manga.

He was, true. However, Itachi being able to beat more people is incorrect in my opinion really. For an example; MS Sasuke would beat Gaara a lot easier than Itachi would, unless they both 1shot him with Tsukuyomi of course. They pretty much beat the same exact people so it comes down to MS Sasuke vs Itachi itself instead of ''who can beat more people''.

I, on the other hand, don't see Minato beating a MS user considering that he has made eye contact with an Uchiha before and has never shown to bother actually try not to make eye contact with an Uchiha. Not to mention that it's really not possible to keep on not making eye contact with an Uchiha unless you're a Taijutsu expert like Gai so you can fight them by looking at their feet. More so, not making eye contact would prevent you from noticing them releasing an Amaterasu.

Of course, I am talking about Sasuke because Itachi has too many ways to catch the opponent in a Genjutsu so Minato not being caught in a Genjutsu is basically a non-existant scenario.

Edited my post. You can keep Itachi above Sasuke since they are pretty much equal. Itachi has more defensive capabilities while Sasuke has more offensive capabilities. Forget about that part.

Anyways, concerning Minato, in his alive state he hasn't really been shown to even create clones so stating that he could create more than one clone wouldn't be a good idea considering that he was capable of creating just one clone in his BM form even though he was adding Chakra to the Barrier. Anyways, one clone isn't really going to help him here really since he'd need to run away or make some kind of cover so he could create a clone without Sasuke or Itachi being aware of him creating a clone.

Even so, he'd eventually fall to the Genjutsu himself. Teleporting doesn't chane anything on this matter really since he did look into Obito's eyes multiple times. As for the bold, most ninja have a way around the Genjutsu or a way to break it so this doesn't really matter, but Gai has stated that the ''Not looking into an Uchiha's eyes'' tactic is a tactic he created himself. Kurenai, Kakashi or Asuma didn't even know of such a tactic existing, and none of them even thought of using such a tactic so saying Minato would use it is also fallacious. Especially since he already glanced into an Uchiha's eyes.

Even so, in his battle against Itachi, this doesn't really matter since Itachi can easily use Finger Genjutsu or Dusk Crow Genjutsu to trap him in an illusion without Minato even realizing it. However, I suppose this is debatable so you can leave Minato above them if you wish even though I myself disagree with him being capable of beating them.​

I'd place Pakura higher, her scorch release is pretty much a 1 hit kill, and lower Haku a tier. Lower suigetsu a tier and replace his high jonin rank with Mangetsu since he's basically a stronger suigetsu with access to all 7 swords. It is true that Sakura was impressive against Sasori but then again she had an antidote and the element of surprise when she took out the 3rd Kazekage puppet. Also Chiyo managed to increase Sakura's maneuverability in that fight. I doubt Sakura can beat anyone in the low jounin tier except for featless characters.

What is wrong with Izuna? He is an Uchiha with a MS so he should deserve the spot at high kage level. Not to mention that he was on par with MS Madara and Tobirama.

Well I ranked certain characters a bit higher due to their support capabilities but power dictates their overall placement on the tier list

Good luck, I hope yours is even better than mine. Especially since you've made like 20 threads trying to ask opinions on how to fix it up. I consider SM Jiraiya on par with current Orochimaru both of whom just fall short of high kage level. They are very close to high kage level which is why I consider him to be at mid-high kage level. Onoki seems to be a one trick pony with his jinton. His doton is also impressive but not as great as Kitsuchi's who is no where near high kage level. Onoki has typical old age problems which includes chakra problems and backaches. Also Onoki would get stomped by the likes of Minato and Itachi who are the pinnacle of high kage level.

No Edo Madara is above EMS Madara but EMS Madara with Kyubbi has more destructive power and better feats than Edo Madara.

I don't see how Obito with jins defeats base Hashirama, BSM Naruto or BM Minato. Hanzo was hyped to be above the level of Orochimaru and Jiraiya who are mid-high kage tier shinobi. Jiraiya's seen Itachi, Minato, Hiruzen Prime and has intel on many shinobi throughout his life but he never felt anyone of them would hold a candle to Hanzo. I already talked about Izuna with Tartarus. I followed your advice and moved 3rd Kazekage down. Danzo fought on par with MS Sasuke who is one tier higher, I'm not moving him any lower. What is so great about Kakashi? He isn't invincible and other than Kamui, his techniques aren't OP. People like Ay and Danzo definetely beat MS Kakashi and he doesn't have the firepower to compete with people any higher.
