Just kidding, it's a failed summon, a small larvae.Wow! I'm a bigger legend than Naruto![]()
Ah, not bad!Just kidding, it's a failed summon, a small larvae.
BUUUUUUUT!
It is awesome, because I'm awesome, even the failed summon is not a fail. A larvae can be used for plenty of stuff, especially because, in one turn, it turns into a polyp, and in a second turn, it turns into a medusa. In fact, you can also summon polyps directly, which are failed summons as well.
Neither can use Box Arts (except the Medusa, obviously), and only the polyp has nematocysts (Not as abundant as a medusa).
No, just the generic medusa that you would be able to summon with the cannon technique. The size of the medusa is proportional to the size of the larvae/polyp.Ah, not bad!
So polyp and Medusa have nematocysts but not the larvae. Correct?
And when they evolve, do they evolve into a particular Medusa or do 'we' decide what they grow up as xD
Ok cool. Understood U_UNo, just the generic medusa that you would be able to summon with the cannon technique. The size of the medusa is proportional to the size of the larvae/polyp.
*Thinks about Medusa till I get an erection*Okay, try again, summon a normal, generic, medusa.
*A small box appears attached to your leg, hurting painfully before it jumps out to the sea**Thinks about Medusa till I get an erection*
Okay time to come out you stupid Medusa
*Swipes blood before forming the 5 handseals and placing my palm on the ground to summon...*
Yooooooooo
*Pretends didn't hear**A small box appears attached to your leg, hurting painfully before it jumps out to the sea*
Okay, first of all, they're my animals, and I'm handing them to you. You can't treat them wrong, else I will strike you down. Second of all, what are the limits of this technique? In terms of size, powers, appearance, etc.
And what are their powers? *whispers to your ears**Pretends didn't hear*
"Archipelago's Box Jellyfishes have varying heights. Some can be as small as a phalanx from the floater to the tip of the tentacles, while others reach can have floaters as big as elephants, like some Myobokuzan frogs are significantly bigger than normal. "
Their powers? Spewing venom ofcAnd what are their powers? *whispers to your ears*
NICE! *I say, in a loud and screeching squeal to your ears*Their powers? Spewing venom ofc
"Their venom, produced by the various nematocysts found in their tentacles, contains a powerful cocktail of hemolytic and neuro toxic enzymes. This venom can be manipulated with chakra, creating something that's similar to water jutsus."
NICE! *I say, in a loud and screeching squeal to your ears*
What jutsus can they use?
Then define the generic for Larvae, then Polyp, then Medusa.
Their jutsus and/or abilities depend on who we summon. Different polyps/medusas/larvae have different abilities.
You mean the actuall summon? Then define the generic for Larvae, then Polyp, then Medusa.
( Koukurage Kuchyose no Jutsu: Raiden ) Box Jellyfish Summoning Technique: MamaraganI guess, yeah.
Size: "Archipelago's Box Jellyfishes have varying heights. Some can be as small as a phalanx from the floater to the tip of the tentacles, while others reach can have floaters as big as elephants, like some Myobokuzan frogs are significantly bigger than normal."Not what I asked.
I want you to describe all the limitations of the canon summoning technique, in regards to the cannon contract. How big can a box be, using the C rank summoning technique. How many elements? Where are the Nematocysts? Can they use Box Arts? Can they be summoned anywhere? How long do they stay in battle? Can they speak? How small can they be? How many tentacles? What color?
Size: "Archipelago's Box Jellyfishes have varying heights. Some can be as small as a phalanx from the floater to the tip of the tentacles, while others reach can have floaters as big as elephants, like some Myobokuzan frogs are significantly bigger than normal."
Elements: "The canon Summoning Jutsu calls forth average Archipelago Boxes from varying heights, all venomous and with a random weapon" So I guess canon ones don't have any elements.
Where are the Nematocysts: They are minute, elongated, or spherical capsule produced exclusively by members of the phylum Cnidaria (e.g., jellyfish, corals, sea anemones). Several such capsules occur on the body surface (mostly on the tentacles). They contain a coiled, hollow, usually barbed thread, which quickly turns outward from the capsule upon proper stimulation. The purpose of the thread, which often contains poison, is to ward off enemies or to capture prey.
Can they use Box Arts: Yes
Can they be summoned anywhere: "but require a water source in order to be successful".
All correct. On this last one, they need water in order to be successful, because they need the structural suport. There is no distinction between sea water and river water, for the purpose of the RP, and they can be used inside Suiton techniques (except, of course, the oil and syrup variations of it, unless stated otherwise (I don't think I have one though lol)).
How long do they stay in battle: I assume 4 unless it is specified otherwise.
Is 4 the restriction for cannon? Ah man, I thought it was indefinitely lol. Correct (I'll search on the restriction though).
Can they speak: I 'assume' no.
Nah, it is cool, have them have like an ethereal voice, like a chakra projection of their consciousness. All for RP purposes.
How many tentacles: Again, I 'assume' 2 (normally)
Nah, it is 4 normally, but you can have pretty much any number of tentacles, as long as you define the amount. If you don't, 4 is the generic.
What color: :/
Lol, have fun. they're all translucent, almost invisible in water. But you can have them have any hue you want. blue, white, black, pink![]()
