I'm on your side, itachi is limited, not only by his dojutsu , but ninjutsu too . and neji is in his best day!!!!! pffffff

Because his taijutsu is Based on it, he needs to strike chakra points; same as how others strike opponents' bodies with physical attacks, restricting byakugan Will be like restricting normal eyes.

Gentle fist requires chakra to inject into enemy and chakra for byakugan. I dont care if neji uses them eyes but gentle fist isnt only taijutsu. its based on chakra injection to enemy.

I agree but its the same for Itachi which is why all Sharingan users are great taijutsu users as with Hyuuga's but if you cripple Itachi's eyes you have to do the same with Neji and see who is better. IMO without their amazing eyes Itachi wins because Neji can for the most part can only use gentle fist to hurt others Itachi can still hurt people without his Sharingan.

Sharingan made itachi excellent in taijutsu and all but base is enough for neji.

Try rereading the manga, only Madara has that feat. Itachi was less blind than Sasuke when he was going blind as his eyes were bright and he still had it up while Sasuke's was a darker shade and his Susanoo went out. He still had Chakra as shown by him using chidori after. Don't see how he'll destroy Neji who is use to fighting a fast opponent, Lee, was jounin level in the beginning of Shippuden, has Byakugan and getting close to him is a risk. Don't mistake Itachi's quick reaction as his base when he always had his Sharingan on to read movements.
Susanoo is made from the user's chakra.... Karin sensor shows Sasuke constantly outputting chakra for Susanoo when she was checking his chakra to see if Danzo had them under a genjutsu. All jutsus fall under 3 categories: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu or Taijutsu. A jutsu being made by their eyes will fall under Genjutsu or Ninjutsu and since Susanoo is not a genjutsu it's a ninjutsu. Wrong, Rasengan is a ninjutsu and is made from Naruto's chakra and Jiraiya called it a A rank Ninjutsus

Neji fought Lee, a speedster, and won so I don't think speed would be as much of a factor. Itachi has a disease remember? He'll die if he push his body too much, he was prolonging his life with medicine since part one. Neji's taijutsus does damage on the inside of the body which is really bad for Itachi especially and he doesn't have the Sharingan's predictive ability.
Susanoo is no Taijutsu or Genjutsu, therefore it's ninjutsu. There's no other categories for a jutsu but the three. Rasengan is manifested chakra yet is still called a Ninjutsu.
Sasuke's chakra was recovered when White Zetsu gave him chakra that it absorbed from Mei, Oonoki, and their body guards

Susanoo is a Dojutsu. Dojutsu: Ocular Jutsu. Which means it is a Jutsu, and jutsu require chakra
Rasengan is a ninjutsu that involves purely shape manipulation. Swirling it onto a ball.
They are both Ninjutsu.

neji entire fighting style is taijutsu, rotation is taijutsu. and yes neji defeated lee who's faster than itachi

The databook (and the Wiki page) proves Itachi is much better than Neji at Taijutsu. Not only that, but the manga has proven it numerous times, while Neji hasn't really done anything (except get owned by an amateur Naruto who didn't have any jutsus and didn't know Taijutsu at all).

are you trolling me or something? if you looking at databook numbers please stop now, base lee without weights is faster that itachi get that in your head. rotation is taijutsu all neji does is expel chakra from his chakra points and spin, what are you going to say next sakura punch isnt taijutsu as well? 8 gates isnt taijutsu?

Any chakra release and control is regarded as ninjutsu, what neji has is nintaijutsu. I guess chidori nagashi isnt ninjutsu if sasuke spins, or any other chakra release.
Lee has speed of 5 and w/o gates he hasnt displayed anything above itachi, so stop your BS.
But do you even realize your speculations? A neji beaten lee w/o gates while some training is a proof of him beating itachi? LOL?

Ot: without sharingan itachi is still great at taijutsu. But neji's taijutsu is top notch. With that being said neji wins only because itachi has no sharingan
