Well other villages could have better clans. Kishi has really never went into other villages. The other villages are either referenced slightly or some fodder with a special skill shown. Although I agree on the tail beast part. I doubt if any other village can top the leaf's in clans, since they are basically descendants of the So6P.

If they had let Yahiko continue his plan of course the leaf would've worked with them, seeing as how Hiruzen is.

On top of that you simply can't give out shit to countries.. something your favorite character tobirama said. Though he said it for financial reasons. I'm saying it because you take away the pride of people.

Anything after them isn't Hashirama's fault... that they didn't follow the orders of the past. And Hiruzen was loved by everyone. Danzo was never made Hokage... only a fill-in-Hokage.. because he was the strongest leader they had.

As far as i'm concerned Madara is the one at blame here if you want to blame anyone.
