He clearly was aiming for Hashirama face on Madara's chest. Right now that's his best source of power. That's why Madara sacrificed getting injured.

If Sasuke's plan was really to destroy that face , why didn't he use Chidori on his blade then ?

Why isnt naruto in BMS? Maybe they are abit low on chakra? Or maybe he would solo then as it numbs the enemy and prevents from kneading chakra?

There is a large amount of flames in the first page but when Madara take off his armor , the flames's amount decreased a lot
And the armor is still intact so don't tell me it consumed it and went off.

Also Madara wanted to show his face to Hashirama and explain to him why he did that.

Nope, even hashirama was surprised and said that he absorbed that ninjutsu.
Also when he removed the armor, some of the black flames hovered around him and he absorbed them. He even absorbed Hashi's sage chakra. His jutsu absorbing power is still intact

But in Sasuke's case , the Flame's amount didn't decrease.
Also i said that Sasuke should be panting after that Amaterasu if he really was tired.

Please, there are lots moments in manga where if character X used move B then outcome would be totally different.

Except that Madara can absorb chakra, so that wouldn't have worked.

But he cant absorb the effect of chidori blade, the paralysis would hit him first

Mokuton cant do that and no rinnegan. Either plot either sword is harder to sense since it has no chakra.
