Even if you gave Orochimaru the ET, they would still lose and the reason for that:

-Orochimaru cant control Hashirama so Hashirama seeing the headband of Kakashi, he would stop Orochimaru from attacking Kakashi.
-Orochimaru summoning Minato will make Hashirama fight Orochimaru since Minato will realize Kakashi as his student.
-Same will apply for Hiruzen.

Therefore, Orochimaru wont be able control all of them and he will be forced to cancel the summoning. So no Team 2 neg diff.

Mizukage's Oily Water is what made Gaara's sand useless. Jiraiya can't replicate this so Oil isn't going to severely impair Gaara's sand.

Summonings aren't inter dimensional, it has never happened and never will. Reverse Summoning isn't a counter to Kamui for the same reason Hiraishin won't take you out of the Kamui dimension.

And in that time Jiriya could enter SM. As long as the sand is no MAJOR threat Jiriya will be fine, especially once a toad is summoned.

That's if the distance applies. Genjutsu is still close/mid range. In using genjutsu he would need to close the genjutsu fast, if susano is not active, orochimaru has an edge. Also, we have already seen what damage wind jutsu do to an incomplete susanoo

Huh? Kakashi, how does he relate? Kakashi was not in the Kyuubi's cloak.
