Description: After the user has absorbed a jutsu using inhaling maw he will channel it outside of his body to create a dark purple misty shroud around the users body. By doing this he is able to send all his chakra through the shroud before it turns into a jutsu. This technique empowers all wind lightning and fire techniques used by the user by +10. It works by as the chakra is channeled outside of the body into a technique, the raw chakra hits the shroud and has extra dark chakra added to it, then as it is released as a jutsu is has the regular raw chakra plus the dark chakra inside it making it slightly stronger. The downside to this shroud is that all Earth and Water jutsu Used by the user also lose +10 damage upon being used.

Restrictions
Can only be used three times per battle
Lasts 3 turns
After it deactivates the user cannot use it for 2 more turns
Can only be taught by Delta

Description: The user will begin by making 2 handseals and then channel chakra into the opponent, mainly focussing on the inner ear. Once the genjutsu is in place the user will trigger the sensory inside the opponents inner ear causing him to believe the ground beneath his has started to shake. At first it is only a mild tremous enough to make one stumble, but this genjutsu works by, the more the opponent tries to stabilise himself the greater the shaking becomes. Inside the genjutsu as the opponent is trying to keep stable the ground will shake more violently with every attempt the opponent makes making it harder and harder to keep their balance causing them to keep stumbling all over the place essentially losing control of their body. Outside of the genjutsu the opponent will be stumbling around due to the affect the genjutsu has on the inner ear, except the symptoms are not as severe as inside the genjutsu. Inside the genjutsu the opponent will be unable to control their bodily movements making them stumble uncontrollably, while outside the genjutsu it would be a small stumble to the left and right making the opponents body unable to keep its center of gravity. The user is still able to see the world as it is and none of this other senses apart from his balance are affected.

Description: The user will begin by channeling his chakra into mist surrounding the area(or alternatively using the Hidden mist jutsu) having it surround the opponent. The by weaving three handseals the user will cause the mist condense amongst itself and stick to the air particals in the air surrounding the opponent. By doing this it makes it so that everytime the opponent breathes in he will be inhaling condensed mist which will stick inside his lungs staying dormant for three turns. On the third turn the user will weave another handseal causing the mist to expand inside the opponent filling his lungs with a small quantity of water. This is enough to send the opponent into a coughing fit making him unable to react or attack for a period of time. The water inside the lungs isnt enough to drown the opponent but enough to make him unable to attack while he is suffering from the water inside his lungs.

Restrictions:
Mist must be in play wether it is natural occuring(like the Kirigakure borderlands) or through use of a jutsu
Can only be used three times per battle
Lasts 3 turns before the mist stops entering the opponents lungs
Can only be taught by Delta


 Declined  Cannot allow this. Its very unreasonable and extremely exploitable. And without a Doujutsu, Sensory or any Medical Ninjutsu you cannot survive this.​

Description: The user uses their chakra to control over sound around themselves, someone or an object and increase the frequency into high frequency sound waves to make a shield. The sound can be produced by multiple things such as: mouth(talking, singing, whistling etc whatever else a mouth can do), hand(s)(snapping, rubbing, or clapping), feet(tapping) or tapping two things together.

 Declined  Description needs serious rewording. You cannot control sound around you. You can produce a given sound that, through the vibrations in the air around you, will repel enemy techniques or attacks. Quite different than what you describe which would be to create a a barrier of sound by manipulating sound around you (that doesn't even make sense). Also, don't forget that the barrier will only exist while you sustain the sound that produces it.​

Description: After being attacked with a lightning jutsu, the user sticks out their hand and absorbs it through their fingertips by using their chakra to create a ''pathway'' for the lightning to go through inside their body. The lightning ''flows'' through their arm, into their stomach, and then out of their other arm. When they release the lightning chakra, they can control where the lightning goes by moving their arm in the direction they want. During the process of guiding the lightning through the body, the user needs to have complete focus and concentration of what they are doing. If the user becomes distracted or loses focus, then the lightning will spread throughout their body and damage them internally.

Note: Can only be used on lightning bolt or electric current/stream-like techniques and not techniques such as shields, armours or spheres etc
Note: The power of the lightning when it is released is the same as when it is absorbed.
Note: The range of the lightning released is the same as the technique that is absorbed.

Doshaburi | Cloudburster

Description: The cloudburster is a medieval staff, created by an unknown means. It is made from an unknown substance but looks like polished glass of a jet black color which more often than not makes people think it is made from black diamond. But that is not the case as no one truly knows, making it indestructible. It measures 1.5m in length and has a circular base of diameter 3.5cm. From the bottom, it's diameter increases with it's length until the very top where a polyhedron of diameter 7cm sits perfectly, making it very easy to grasp. The body of the staff rises and falls like a hilly terrain, giving it a rough yet sleek look that also allows for easy grasping at any part of it (see picture below for easier understanding). This staff has tremendous affinity for the Water and Wind elements, making it the perfect Rain Release weapon. The sword is sentient and has the ability to communicate with it's wielder by a telepathic means (similar to that of a jinchuuriki and their tailed beast). Thus it is able to inform the wielder of attacks he isn't aware of.
~Abilities~
#The wielder is able to perform some rain techniques in conjunction with the staff instead of forming handseals or other normal means, thus making their usage faster. They include:
-(Amegakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Rain Technique, C rank ~ Instead of the long row of handseals needed, the wielder can use this as long as he is in contact with the staff. Wielder must be in contact with the staff.

-(Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain, B rank ~ Instead of the handseals needed, the user will swing the staff over their head twice, releasing a wave of rain chakra that stops the raindrops. Wielder must swing sword at least twice.

-(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique, B rank ~ Instead of doing the handseals, the wielder will point either end of the staff towards the sky over him. Wielder must have staff in hand and point it at the sky over him.

-(Suiton: Kouu no Fukkou) - Water Style: Rain's Renaissance, A rank~ Instead of slamming his hand on the ground, the wielder slams the bottom end of the staff on the ground. Wielder must have staff in hand and slam the bottom end on the ground.

-(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain, B rank ~ This shield will form at the direction the wielder points the staff. It's strength is increased by 1 rank to become an A rank. Wielder must have staff in hand, pointed and held to the direction he wants to form the wall of water.

-(Kyuutai no Ame) - Orb of Rain, A rank ~ Instead of using his hands, the wielder forms the orb on either end of the staff. This technique is also enhanced by 1 rank to become an S rank. Wielder must have staff in hand and point to the direction he intends to blast the orb to.

#Being sentient, the staff possesses a measure of it's own chakra is thus capable of using it's own chakra to gather rain clouds and trigger rainfall without the wielder's help. This is the same thing as the (Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique and still counts towards the wielder's 3 jutsu per turn limit.

#The staff cannot be destroyed by any means.

#With the cloudburster in hand, the wielder is capable of using (Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return without handseals but by simply swinging it at the incoming wind.

~Restrictions~
#All techniques used by and with the staff all count towards the wielder's 3 jutsu per turn limit.

#In order to successfully use the staff and it's abilities, the wielder must be holding it in his hand or have it strapped on his back.

#Only a rain bio can wield the Cloudburster. It requires rain training.

Description: This a multi-purpose wind technique that creates a spout at a desired location. It initiated by performing one handseal and focusing wind chakra in a single spot within range. The user causes a rapid spin to ensue in the desired location which in turn creates an almost instantaneous spiralling effect that draws air currents towards that point, sucking everything in it's path through the funnel-like vortex that is formed. Once that spiralling effect is formed, the user is able to increase the size of the spout up to a 5m (short range) diameter. The size of the spout may vary as the user desires. It may just be large enough to accomodate a needle or large enough to accomodate anything that fills 5 metres. The spiralling effect of the spout acts as a suction force, enabling the user to pull things towards the direction the spout is formed at an extremely fast rate. When the user doesn't expand the spout, it is capable of piercing through things in it's path, dealing pin-point damage. If used with the right fire jutsu, an even deadlier wind/fire combo can be created.

Description: After four simple handseals are stringed together,the user gathers a huge amount of shining electrical energy within both palm then launches it into the sky with its shape looking an odama rasengan,with further manipulation it explodes as it reaches the sky covering the whole atmosphere in tiny stars like shape but shines brightly. This technique is practically harmless at night and thus; used as a source of light or signal of some sort but in day times whilst there's the presents of the suns,its a different story.. these tiny stars douses the entire area with blinding light due to the rays that comes from the sun.
-blinding lights affects everybody on the battlefield including the user.
-It takes a turn for the bolt to reach.

 Declined  Makes no sense. It should be useless during the day and not during the night. The justification of "due tot the rays that comes from the sun" makes virtually no sense.

Note: Dunno if you are using a cellphone to type but please be more attentive to how you word things and don't press so many "enters" into a paragraph. Makes it very hard to read and understand.​

Description: Merely by charging chakra through the user's arm, leg or mouth, tapping onto the Box Contract, the user will be able to shoot out a mass of waving box tentacles, which can be used to grab objects at a distance or form woven structures. Given the infusion of chakra, the normally fragile tentacles acquire a strong grip on objects, and an offensive/defensive power equivalent to a basic chakra shape-manipulation Ninjutsu, when clashed with other ninjutsu. While performing the jutsu, the user coat's the skin/flesh with a tiny layer of chakra that disengages the nematocysts, preventing them from triggering against the user.

 Declined  Remove "meters" as range references. Short, Mid, Long are the references. Also, if this is to have nematocysts I want you to describe what they do in this technique in particular. Also, Long range is too much and if you want to keep this A-Rank that restriction is not enough. You need to have a limit of uses if its A-Rank.​

( Nyoronyoro Kanshou ) Earth/Sealing Technique: Ophidian Intervention

Description: The user performs 3 handseals, which creates a sealing tag carved on the ground beneath the opponent (Rock, Earth, Soil, etc). The seal assumes the shape of a snake coiled around itself, woven by the "迫" kanji, for "press upon". The seal will quickly gather the strongest minerals from the ground, creating thick serpent with the same intricate kanji pattern, that quickly coils around the target, and crushes it in between. This is called Anaconda Press ( Uwabami Unagasu ).

While pressing the target, the seal on the snake's body starts vacuuming the juices of target, usually blood, venom or any other useful substance, and stores it in a different dimension. In this phase, the user is able to perform additional techniques in order to obtain various degrees of purity or specificity of the substance. More than one substance can be stored, and no 2 different substances ever contact one another, existing in a stasis inside the dimension. This storage dimension is called the Ophidian Seal ( Nyoro Ji ).

In order to access the substance stored within the Ophidian Seal, the user is able to perform 3 handseals, creating a sealing tag on the ground or a scroll, in the shape of a snake coiled around itself, but with the "咅" kanji, for "spit out". This allows the user to launch fangs of any stored substance, capable of kunai-level piercing abilities, or simply un-seal a substance and store it in a different seal/vial. This is called the Viper Spit ( Kibahebi Kushi ).

Anaconda Press and Vyper Spit are two faces of the same technique, one to store substances into the Ophidian Seal and the other to retrieve them, but both require individual uses of the technique, and thus are each considered A rank in power, one being akin an Earth Technique and the other being akin a Basic Ninjutsu Technique.

Any substance that the user can create/spare, be it through a summoning animal or element, are considered as stored, and can simply be summoned through the Vyper Spit. This requires the user to post the technique used to obtain the substances, though being merely informative and not counting towards the jutsu or chakra count. Other substances must be sealed in an official fight, similar to stealing bios. They can exist in grounded form or oily form. The user is unable to further manipulate the substances without any proper jutsu, in most cases impossible without the specific Element or ability.

Can only be used 4 times in battle against an opponent's technique, or the opponent itself. To store or seal the user's own substances, or passive elements of the surroundings, there is no limit, except a 1 turn cooldown between usages and the user's own chakra reservoir.

The user is able to write the sealing tags for the Anaconda Press and the Viper Spit manually, thus requiring only 1 handseal, to activate the technique.


 Declined  Its too powerful and this would infringe on custom rules, cannon rules etc. You'd be able to store oil from toads, venom from snakes, gold sand from kazekage, custom elements, etc. Not to mention you'd be draining your target of blood through a seal which is something I can't allow as I sense some potential for...hum... DNA sampling stuff...​

( Kouton Hijutsu: Ouchi no Nijiiroshinja) Secret Box Arts: Pit of Wagyl

Description: Pit of Waagal is a form of Reverse summoning. While performed similarly to a normal summoning jutsu, retrieving a drop of blood, string 3 handseals and slap both or one hand on the ground, it will instead reverse summon the opponent's into Shoutou, the Archipelago, more specifically a pit known as the "Pit of Wagyl, the Rainbow Serpent". The pit is 15 meters radius wide and 50 meters deep, prepared to hold water to the brim. It is in the center of the imperial coral palace, and it's the common gathering place for every box, being almost completely filled with venomous cubozoan medusas, so much so, that it is said to be more tentacles than water molecules whenever it's gates are open and water pours in. Due to them constantly rubbing their tentacles on each other and the stone and coral walls of the pit inside the feeding pipes and gateways to the pit, the whole water is filled with venom, gaining a poisonous and acidic property, this dissolves the tragic organisms and some of the coral, filling the water with calcium, which forms mineralized shards in the water. While flowing peacefully among the venomous water and sharp shards of calcium, the boxes swim harmlessly in the pit. But as the targets are summoned into it, or sacrificial animals are thrown into it, they disrupt the flow, and the pit deals several superficial wounds from the calcium shard, allowing the venomous and acidic water to seep in, while the multiple boxes strike and infect them further, having the unfortunate souls perish in excruciating agony, as the vaults open and the water pours in to fill the pit.
The range of the reverse summoning translates to the dimensions of the pit, with the center being the user of the technique. Likewise, the surface slapped will translate to the surface of the water limit in the pit (so opponents reversed on top of the ground will appear above the limit, and fall down. This means that the technique will have a limit of 15 meters radius around the user, along the ground and above ground, and 50 meters downwards. The user can choose to reverse himself with his/her targets. The user is reversed into a small platform or coral in the middle of the pit, supported by a thin yet strong submerged pillar of stone and coral. When the technique is used, the opponents are summoned into the pit, which is empty. As soon as they appear, water starts pouring in, bringing with it the medusas, the calcium shards and the lethal water. The water is powerful enough to fill the entire pit within a handful of seconds, while first reaching any opponent in the first couple (Allowing as few as 2-3 handseals for the faster nins). The pillar is protected by fuuin, linked to the summoning technique itself. If hit with anything stronger than an S rank (or accumulative damage stronger than an S rank), it will suck the attack but immediately revert the user and all targets into the battlefield, away from the Shoutou and the water.

X-Declined-X Both summoning technique and reverse summoning technique works by forming a blood contract between the user and the summon. Fix the concept first, blood contract is strictly limited to you, the summoning creatures and other contract signers. It will not allow any environmental effects like transporting the opponent(s). You need to replace that with something appropiate like: You summon a creature that surrounds the opponent and reverse summons itself as well as the opponent to Wagyl.
Secondly, While you explained every detail with a reasonable background the balance of this technique is very wrong. Its Acidic water with calicium shards along with a swarm of medusa. Being submerged in water is one reason not to use either fire or lightning release techniques, which make up must of our Offensive/Damage dealing techniques. Excluding the fact that opponent needs to be both defending and attacking at the same time to get past, the Fuinjutsu will only allow exit when hit with a technique greater than S rank. And all that aside, this is simply an A rank summoning art? Like i said, Very Wrong.

The corals of the pit are carved with the kanji "神", for "Deity", with a box of woven "海月", for "Medusa". The same seal is hidden on the body of every Jellyfish, usually the floater, like a crown, which only glows when activated, which allows the Box to materialize a jet of Wagyl's water, filled with venom and calcium crystals. This jet has the properties of Water, and, once in the battlefield, can be manipulated as a water source through Water Techniques. Each jet contains about 10 cubic meter's worth of water. Once the user signs the Box Contract, he/she can choose a place to put the Wagyl Seal, and perform the technique through the usage of a one-handed handseal.

*Boss Boxes have the power of an S rank jet, and are able to summon up to 100 cubic meters. *
*Each Boss can only use this technique once per battle*

 Declined  Wait, you want to have all your box summons and yourself being able to summon this "water" to use in the field? Uh? Not following. What is the purpose of this technique? You can contact me if you wish through PM but as it stands it goes a bit beyond the limit of what can be poison release or not. If you remember correctly, it was specified that you yourself can't manipulate the poison of your summons and they actually are poisonous to the touch, nothing more elaborate than that. This seems like a way to bypass that.​

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Snake, Ox, Tiger, Bird, Horse, Ram and Rat will begin to release a large amount of chakra and cause five fissures to erupt around the enemy simultaneously. The fissures then erupt upwards in the form of a gigantic Earthen hand that rises up and grabs the enemy crushing them. You know the drill. Its opened for a new cycle of 3 techniques per user for one week counting from today or until the new marker is posted. One Cycle = one Week but one Week is not immediately one Cycle. Read the markers to be sure you're not bypassing the rules. Remember that you can only post between markers.

Also, I must remind members to read the rules (check the first post of this thread), read the thread and get familiar with what is approvable and is not, etc. Tons of techniques still are submitted without abiding to the template for example and that is auto decline. And its ridiculous to have a submission declined because of incorrect chakra or damage info. Be smart and make sure your submission abides the templates.

Description: The user will draw blood from both their hand and preform 3 handseals (Dragon>Boar>Tiger) and slam their hands on the ground pouring massive amounts of lightning into the ground calling fourth Fulgora the roman greek goddess of lightning that erupts from the ground behind the user up above . Fulgora has wings with a weird shape body roughly half the size of a boss toad summon with 5 circles on the edge around her stomach with a thunderbolt symbol in each circle. Each 5 of these circles surround a hole in Fulgora stomach that is roughly about 3meters in radius where the lightning shoots from. Once Fulgora is summon the user does a confirmation handseal charging each circle around the hole on fulgora stomach with lightning. While Fulgora is on the field every single lightning jutsu that is played will be sucked up into her stomach. Their are 2 methods this jutsu can be done in. 1. For each lightning jutsu Fulgora sucks up , it infuses into one of the circles causing it to glow. If it sucks up lightning jutsus 5 times it will be ready to shoot off. Or Over time (5 turns) each circle around fulgora stomach will be infused with lightning. The user will then do 1 more confirmation handseal combining all the lightning that was gathered in her stomach to meet in the central point of her stomach. It will then shoot off a massive destructive torrent wave of lightning in quick speeds that ranges from long range in width, height, and range that last for about 10seconds. That will obliterate and annihilate anything in the path of the utsu This technique comes with a huge risk. 1 being, if the user is infront of Fulgora when she shoots off, he would be caught in the cross fire. 2. The user will suffer damage from recoil as lightning will emit from all around fulgora body before it is shot off, causing the user 1st degree burns (Nothing major but enough to slow him down).

If the user so please he can indeed crush the air in his palm resulting in the crush of the opponents heart. This will cause pains beyond measure. In the genjutsu his heart would be crush but since it is an illusion he won't, off course, die. He'll just experience massive pain.

These thin layers of wind can be created a 20 Inch minimum radius around the opponent or a max of 2 meter radius around the opponent(s). Thus making the opponent in the center of the rings. The user will then do a confirmation handseal causing the 3 thin wind rings that is hovering around the opponent to enclose and shrink very fast cutting through the opponent. (Easily noticible to the human eyes of course) These rings are very sharp and can cut through even B rank earth with extreme ease.

Description:
Getsurō is a katana that was once wielded by a man of great power, an infamous Shinobi of the Wind country named Ōkami who was believed to be cursed. It was said that he asked for power to defeat Konohagakure, and so he was given power by someone unknown - this power was cursed though, he used it to destroy armies worth of leaf shinobi and he gained his fame from this. Until one day, he was fueled by power, driven mad and he killed his own Sand brothers; the curse took to effect and it turned Ōkami into a monster, the monster was said to be nearly twice the size of an average human, with dog like features, sharp teeth and sharp claws - A werewolf. Ōkami went wild and slaughtered innocent villagers, shinobi of both sides until the Fourth Hokage of Konohagakure - Minato sealed him within his own blade and hidden, lost forever, or was it? The Blade was picked up by the 'Lonely Assassin' and it spoke to him, he learned to wield it and control it for his own, becoming Getsurō's new owner.

Getsurō the blade has the soul of Ōkami within it, Ōkami can speak to the user within the Blade and others can hear him also, though he was once a violent and power lusting man, he has learned his lesson from what he did in the past; though he will never properly forgive himself. The user of the blade can release Ōkami temporarily by feeding the seal that is imprinted all up the blade with their chakra and then draws their sword, the sword turns into a black mist that then takes the form of Ōkami as he was described above as the monster, Ōkami is a lot stronger than most humans and so can over power them in close combat with ease, his monster form also gives him great strength and he can withstand B-Rank or less ninjutsu. When Ōkami is released he takes a quarter of the users chakra and can use it, when he is defeated and/or returns to the form of a sword, the chakra that he didn't use will become the user's again.

Ōkami is able to use very limited ninjutsu, which is why he takes some of the user's chakra so he is capable of using this ninjutsu, even in beast form he is able to create hand seals as he has 4 fingers, 1 thumb on each of his hand, they're just larger with sharper nails. Ōkami can use all fire techniques up to B-Rank with hand seals, his fire is more red than usual flame, this does nothing to strengthen or weaken the technique, it's just an effect of the curse.

- Ōkami can use normal strong fist Taijutsu, that means no EIG or chakra enhanced ones, though he does get a boost of + 30 damage because of his great strength and claws.
- Ōkami can withstand B-Rank and below Ninjutsu and all normal strong fist Taijutsu, Tools do not effect him unless a sword gets deep enough to pierce his heart. He becomes a black mist if he is defeated and returns to the sheathe as a sword to regain his strength.
- Genjutsu does effect Ōkami, thought because he doesn't feel pain as well as normal shinobi he cannot break out of it until the user of the genjutsu stops chakra flow throughout Ōkami or until he is released by someone else.
- Ōkami can be released Thrice per battle, though there is a cool down period of 6 turns once he becomes a sword again.
- Getsurō is just like a normal blade until it is turned into Ōkami, it is indestructible though because of Ōkami's strong soul.
- Can only be wielded by The Lonely Assassin.

X-Approved-X Reduced the rank, pick ranks in accordance to the complexity of your technique. You cant label a simple fire ball technique that does nothing unique in particular as forbidden, because its not. Always make sure your rank, damage output and effects are sync. Otherwise it would either overpower a simple technique or add unnecessary restrictions to it.

Description: The user will release fire chakra into the ground and ignite the ground, creating a wall of blue flames to separate the user from their target. Then, the user will manipulate the blue flames and shape it into a large skull, two times the size of the user. The skull will have an opened mouth and would be in the center of the flame wall. The skull can do either two things, release a flamethrower/torrent of flames towards the target or release projectile-like large balls of flames towards the target. Around the large skull of fire will be smaller skulls that do not do anything but simply make the technique look cooler and more intimidating.

Description: The user gathers lightning chakra in his/her dominant hand and release it in the form of lightning. They will start with one spot, about a few inches above their head and release a large amount of lightning and keep it there. From there, they will trace down and form a line of lightning to the middle of their lower body. Once they reach that checkpoint, they will release a large amount of lightning chakra again and keep it there. Lastly, they trace another line towards the opposite side of where they started off. Once again, they will release a large amount of lightning chakra in that spot and trace it, completing the triangle. Once it is done, the user shapes the three large balls of chakra into three spikes. They release the spikes into the opponent, aimed anywhere but is beneficial if two are aimed at the targets arms. Not only does it cost psychical damage, but whatever body part the lightning spikes hit will be paralyzed. The spikes are fairly large, with a width of how long an average humans waist is and the length of an arm.

Notes and Restrictions:

The user will release this lightning but keep it in there hand. They will clap their hands together, joining the two large amount of lightning and chakra and raise their joined hands above the target. They will bring their clapped hands down and release the lightning chakra after making contact with a body part from the opponent. The lightning chakra released will create a fury explosion of lightning throughout the battlefield and affecting the terrain as well. The density and strength of the lightning can cause great damage to whoever is struck with the technique.

Notes and Restrictions:
- Can only be taught by EdwardSama
- Can only be used three (3) times with a two (2) turn cooldown before re-using.
- The force of the lightning being slammed above the targets head will cause them to be slammed in the ground. The lightning will spread around the ground after doing the damage towards their opponent and alter the terrain.
- Cannot be used on a water source, because you will be electrocuted

Description: Riagaria is the mate to Velax and unlike him discovered that she could not use wind but rather could use lightening. She is equal in size to her mate and often is rather hard to handle when summoned because of her shy behavior making it hard for her summoners to communicate with her properly. She figured out how to use lightening style charka to boost her agility and accuracy as well as destructive abilities. She can use Lightening style jutsus up to S rank that don't require hand seals. Her favorite technique is creating ball of lightening that's 5 feet across and send five lightening bolts down at her target. She also figured out how to create ball of lightening that spins at such a high speed causing it to pick up pieces of earth in the wind it creates. Once the attack is launched at the target the ball itself condenses because of the increased amount of pressure on it causing it to explode on contact

Description: Basilian is the brother to Velax but found his personal affinity fit earth more than wind or lightening. Since he couldn't do wind or lightening he decide to change his focus from attack power to defensive and counter attacks more. This gave way to his unique fighting of combo of hitting his opponent into the air with an earth pillar he than breaks a piece of the pillar off with a bat of his paw and takes the broken piece of the pillar into the air with his tail and the causing a few spike to shoot up and skewer the opponent. He can use earth style jutsu up to S rank that don't require hand seals. He also tends to far lazier than his brother and more out going than his brothers mate giving him the title of most annoying summoning because he complains when he gets summoned. He also tends to create a fissure that opens up between him and his target. The fissure is approximately 10 feet in width as the target falls into the pit several sharp jagged spikes come out on each side of the fissure. As the fissure closes the spikes skewer his target

What happens to the construct is since the water part will force the constructs to weaken, the paper is naturally weak to water. Also metal will weaken and rust the metal due to the chakra infused storm weakening it. The lighting portion will then tear through the constructs rendering them useless.

-Declined- While i like the concept, i can't allow it for Paper Ninjutsu, it can render any technique of it useless, i can go as far as shurikens, explosive tags, kunais etc, but not other special swords, like the sword of Kusanagi or weapons like that, or CWs, you get the jest, i'd prefer if no swords at all can be targeted by this technique.

The storm chakra is concentrated and very sharp, it has the ability to pierce through the opponent if contacted with it, and can shock the area hit. The storm chakra stays connected to the user and can reach up to 5 meters in length. Its color is bright blue. Note chakra is not molded in the bone but simply uses the bones as a medium to direct the storm chakra.
- Using this jutsu counts towards the turn slot so releasing the storm chakra more then once will count towards move slot

Description: The user will keen their katon chakra and release from there mouth a torrent of oil, the oil while being release will take the shape of a really large dragon, its size is the same of the jutsu Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet. The dragon will be sent towards the area where the opponent is, it will then try to attempt to engulf the opponent of oil, covering them completely. The weight of the oil will make it very difficult to move around due to the added weight. Though even if the opponent was to somehow evade the dragon, the oil will be spread everywhere in range of where the dragon landed. So if it hit mid range, that whole area will be ungulfed with oil. If the opponent tries to block the oil, their will still be oil drenched all over the area or tool used to block. The user will then use a match and light it. They will send the match towards the oily area, to light the oil and create a inferno of fire which will completely burn the whole area, or completely burn the opponent. The user must be careful to not use this jutsu in short range of himself or else he will be caught in the flames.

Description:

This technique is rarely used without a pre-existing water source nearby due to the great amount of water needed to form the sphere with enough pressure to work. This sphere can also be used to create or fuel other water ninjutsu.

Description:
The Earth Release: Silkwork Needle is a technique that requires both excellent chakra control as well as proficiency within the Earth Release nature in order to use successfully. Unlike most Earth Release techniques, the Silk-work Needle is one made by Nathan in order to avoid the use of lengthy and time-consuming hand seals, focusing more on the practicality of the fight itself.
The technique's overall effect is that of large earthen "needles" protruding from the earth at a rapid rate. This is done through Nathan's constant influx of chakra from his own body to the ground, which instantly allows for Nathan to cause it to rise upward, thereby creating a structure similar to a needle. The manner in which this is done appears to be very abrupt, however, mainly because of the instantaneous time that this technique takes to form. In this regard, it can, at best, be used as an offensive manoeuvre towards individuals in the air, or as a temporary means of evasion. Nonetheless, it is a very potent technique with numerous applications.

Description: A simple jutsu, where one channels fire chakra into his leg. The user's leg is extremely hot, allowing him to cause heat damage on impact. The heat damage itself, is not very great. It is the equivalent of recieving mild burns, it may blister and cause a lot of pain, but it does not do great damage. The kick itself does damage, because of the user rotating his hip at the time of the kick, making it strong. This technique is not really meant to attack any upper body parts. It is much more suited to be aimed at the lower legs, or near the thighs. This is to make it difficult for the opponent to walk, and to make it easier for the user to land more powerful blows in the future.

Description: Arguably, one of the most powerful attacks in the entire style of Devil's Fist. The user channels his fire chakra through his entire body, heating it up to an extremely high temperature. The user's entire body would turn a faint red or almost pink color from the heat. Meanwhile, the increased tempreature will cause the user's sweat to instantly vaporize and turn into steam. In this state, the the user gains a tremendous +20 to all his taijutsu, and to his fire jutsu. He will also have heat added to all of his blows. The heat is to such a degree, that the air around the user will simply dry up being devoid of moisture so that no one is able to mold the moisture in the air for certain water jutsu. The user's blows are hot enough, that if he were to grasp the metal of a katana, it would begin to melt, and after a few seconds of uninterrupted physical contact be completely unusable because it was melted down. The drawback to using this is that, when it runs out this leaves the user feeling extremely exhausted, and his body feeling raw so the user himself will be unable to perform taijutsu, while he will also take a large amount of damage and pain from all taijutsu. This would last for about one turn. It almost as if the user has an extremely bad case of sunburn, and even the weakest taijutsu will cause him immense physical pain.

Leaves the user feeling tired, and his skin being extremely raw so that the weakest taijutsu would cause immense physical pain. As if the user was experiencing a severe sunburn.

He then slams this knee into the chest of his opponent, where the heart is. Combined with the force of his strike and the power behind his opponent's speed, the attack is powerful enough to seriously injure an opponent.

-Declined- Does it work on solid based techniques? or purely energy based techniques? also what do you mean turn the opponent's techniques against them? does it work like a wall? even so the impact between the two chakras will cancel one another, unless it's a technique like a mist, for example it wouldn't work on fire techniques, and also is this an Omni-directional burst of chakra? also if it hit the opponent, what would it do to them exactly? it's just "chakra" with no shape manipulation nor nature transformation, so it wouldn't do anything if it hit an opponent, unlike Neji's Jyuuken that he used to injure Kidoumaru internally.

Medium similar like the bones of the Kaguya clan, the mouth rope of Kidomaru, or making contact with a dark release user's palm that is directly connected to the user's chakra system. Basically any medium that is connected to one's chakra system can be used as a medium to temporarily immobilize the opponent. The medium can't be anything that isn't connected to the chakra system, meaning having to stab a kunai into the opponent as a medium doesn't work. The medium has to be connected directly to the chakra pathway system for the effects to take over. The user may also defend himself against attacks by making contact with the medium and braking the chakra's manipulation.

The direction of the hurricane is usually toward the enemy. Once the skateboard is on top of the hurricane twisting with the same direction as the hurricane, it gives the user a strong push as he reach out to his opponent to punch him/her. The punch would be so strong that it could crack bones and send the enemy twisting in the air. This technique requires such mastery because it could leave the user dizzy if he wasn't trained enough to maintain his balance even after such technique.

Description: A simple, yet multifaceted technique, with many uses. This technique simply incorporates the simple movements of a human body into its offense. Through a simple punch, coupled with the rotational motion of the arm, with an open palm, the user can send a linear blast of highly compressed wind in the direction of the punch. This column of wind is rather narrow, and does not cover a wide range, but more than makes up for it by being highly pressurised and fast, in both its execution, and speed of travel. At close quarters, this technique is especially difficult to block. With a high amount of force behind it, and a relatively small area, the pressure of this technique is extremely high. Multiple blasts of wind can be sent out with the same technique, covering a wider range, but consequently, the power suffers. Used offensively, this technique is, in itself, devastating, but its true use lies in supplementing others. This technique may be used to supplement small projectiles like kunai’s, or shurikens, and small elemental techniques. Through this, any ninjutsu technique enhanced would gain an extra +15 damage, while weapons like kunai's would become A-ranked. Due to their highly compressed form, the swords, when aligned directly in front of the user, may distort the user’s features, thereby masking small movements, though the swords normally do not. Similar to a dance, the swords are able to move in unison, or independently, all controlled by the user, and appear nearly sentient. The swords move at extremely high speeds, and slice through the air soundlessly, although at such speeds, the opponent may be able to feel the movement of wind around him as the swords enter short-range around the opponent. Description: A simple technique, and its most primary use is to distract the opponent. Through focusing wind chakra in the user’s index finger, the user is able to, through pointing, create a bubble of air at the desired location, which will then ‘pop’, almost instantaneously. This bubble of air creates a really loud noise when popped, and will cause the opponent, if within mid range of the bubble, to become deaf for several seconds, sending his/her senses into disarray. The user, who is accustomed to such sounds, would be less affected, and can mostly continue normally. This bubble of wind can be created around a user’s limb or joint, and the resultant pop would cause some pain to the joint in question, and prevent the usage of it for two turns. However, it causes no lasting damage, and is mostly only useful for disrupting the opponent’s movements, and distracting him/her. While this technique may be used on humans, it can also be used on techniques. With this, it is possible to create a bubble of air in the midst of a technique, thereby, from the bursting of the bubble, disrupting the technique, and cause it to fall apart. Even large techniques may be affected by this, as the ‘force’ released by the popping of the buble is strong enough to cause the technique to part and fall apart, and not cause any damage, therefore, being somewhat ‘effective’. Elemental advantages and disadvantages still apply.

-Declined- So let me get this straight, this can make a bubble of wind any location you are pointing at, even limbs of the opponent, popping almost instantaneously and deafens anyone who hears it, on the other hand you are magically immune to the sound, and it can even disrupt techniques, you know where i'm going with this, DNR.

-Declined- What exactly will cause them to lose control of their flight and descend into the ground? they don't just magically descend, their minds has to believe that something is messing up with their flight abilities, you had to explain that when you mentioned being "immobile" in the last sentence.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground then the earth around his victim suddenly shifts downwards leaving a portion in the shape of an open coffin. The sudden shift is made so that the victim trip backwards and fall into the coffin which closes instantly and merges with the ground travelling with immense speed(like that of moving earth core) deep into the earth crust and continue to travel underground until it is melted away by earth's own magma. The user after making the earth shift may clap his hands making the earth coffin to tilt upward capturing the target before they fall completely. However the user needs to maintain his earth chakra during the travel thus can not use any jutsu except doton during the travel. He can also sense the opponent in the coffin and will know if he broke away from it.
This also can be used alternatively for the user's comrades but instead of the pod travelling straight and deep into the earth core, it travels as far as 1km away from the user.
This is strictly not a fuinjutsu nor spacetime technique therefore the opponent is able to break from it using neccesary means.
♦The pod can not be affected by A-rank and below earth jutsu
♦Can make upto 3 coffins at once
♦Journey Last 2 turns and after two turns and not escaped from, the victim dies. On the other hand if used on comrades, they escape completely after a turn and the coffin erupts out from the earth and opens at the desired location upto 1km away.
