First of all, I don't think it's even possible. Think about it... We've seen that the Sages of the Animal Trinities don't leave their places. Damma Dai sennin was always at Myobokuzan, so was Hakuja ar Ryuchidou... so for Katsuyu to be fully summoned, it would require her to leave Shikkotsurin. Which I don't think it can happen.
Remember that Katsuyu is one, she is able to split in order to make other forms of her, but to fully summon her would mean that she has to leave Shikkotsurin. And we've never seen any of the animal trinity sages to actually leave their place.
And why full Katsuyu should be summoned?

In this pic,jugo was pumping natural energy into Sasuke to create out zetsu clones,In the same manner juubi was pumping natural energy within himself to pull out the small beasts! The mechanism is similar only the entities are different!
I think you kind of overdid it here. There is a big step between pulling out and create clones. Are you completely sure there was only one Zetsu and Juugo multiplied them? Are you completely sure there were not 6 Zetsus from the start that couldn't control their facade when Natural Energy was inserted in Sasuke's body?
- That juubi arm thing is most likely a property of senjutsu, and mokuton. The mini juubi's resemble zetsu's and Shinju resembles mokuton. I think it's the application of natural energy which gives mokuton it's life. In fact, we could possibly infer that Yin/Yang/elements all stemmed from Senjutsu in some form or the other as chakra on the whole came from the juubi which was made from senjutsu.

B) Person B attains a good defense through Senjutsu
C) Therefore person A uses Senjutsu
But the only parameter for this is Person A having a good defense, therefore all people with a good defense also use senjutsu? Its just not logical...
