Well, if we go by the symbolism what all of them have in common is rejuvenating/healing [on short terms]. All these characteristics are to be seen in all 3 of them, Hashirama, Sakura and Juugo.
He is actually not wrong about the whole deal with Juugo, I can tell you that.

this implies sakura has got the affinity for senjutsu..but she hasnt really shown any attributes!

Thats wrong buddy everyone's eye becomes like that when they are angry..thats the tendency of human eyes..
when u become angry the red veins connected to aqueous humour slightly show up bcz ur bloob pressure goes up for a bit!

As for the iris, it might be the iris, I didn't say that, but considering the pattern design of Kishi's, it's not JUST an iris, as we can see from the design on Obito's back, so on and so forth.

And how can you say that the designs are not an evidence since the manga is a medium visual and everything has its basis in there? That's how we connect the dots, by the designs.
But, to be honest, I cant see a use of theories now, since Kishi is taking the story nowhere, and he is ending it with Obito, possible without any secrets shown, or anything related to the Sage.

Well, as I said in my latest theory from the link, the way to acquire Senjutsu from the Slugs, it's definitely from the Byakugou seal.
As for clan senjutsu abilities, it doesn't quite work like that, except Juugo of course. Senjutsu is to be acquired in some form/way, as shown to us until now.

What made me find relation between Sakura and Senju clan is that Yin-Yang thing and the way Sakura developed exponentially and got that Byakugou..

Each SM have different requirements in order to be able to obtain it... so I don't think it's necessarily a matter of affinity, it's more of a matter of being able to fully master it while meeting all those requirements.
