No.the sharingan's symbol is different from that in gunbai!
Gunbai's symbol is the reverse of the sharingan's tomoe appearance much similar to the cursed mark seal not to the sharingan!
And yeah jugo was pumping natural energy into him to create out zetsu clones in the same manner juubi was pumping natural energy within himself to pull out the small beasts!
The mechanism is similar only the entities are different!

Interesting theory, nevertheless!
In the end, I think that each animal trinity have some connection to the So6P and some clans have some sort of connection to the animal trinity. Which leads me to a theory I have about another clan member and another animal trinity. But that's to be talked other time.

I don't know if we are thinking in the same direction and what Femme said. No offense to her but we have different perspectives in regards to Sakura, so she is with her perspective and I am with mine.
And mine is not related to the bindu chakra, yet.
I haven't started gathering the data yet, I only have the sketches in my mind for now.
@OP, I am not one of those people who will start a war or anything over a character/idea/theory if you didn't knew that by now.

Well, if we go by the symbolism what all of them have in common is rejuvenating/healing [on short terms]. All these characteristics are to be seen in all 3 of them, Hashirama, Sakura and Juugo.
He is actually not wrong about the whole deal with Juugo, I can tell you that.
@OP, if you don't mind, I'd like to use your theory as a further reference for my theory.
But don't worry, it won't be posted here as I said, as all my theories I keep them on my personal blog so your theory won't be affected in any way.

Hashirama's forehead symbol appearing on naruto's belly.
This symbol represents ur affinity for senjutsu chakra:
(according to buddhism)
And juubi is made up of nature energy bijuus can increase ur affinity for nature energy as they are a part of juubi!
This symbol appeared on Hashirama senju because he possessed juubi's cells..
But this is the symbol of haruno clan too(in the first pic)
Haruno clan is expert in medical ninjutsu!
And more importantly mokuton has a property of rejoining even if its separated!
and mokuton is the body of juubi and it has the most affinity for senjutsu for being derived from juubi!
this implies sakura has got the affinity for senjutsu..but she hasnt really shown any attributes!
Jugo and juubi heal through senjutsu..but sakura uses chakra to heal..Kastuyu said it!
