Ok I get that summoning jutsu is a skill... but the summons themselves are a person's skill?

Some member who claims to be highly intellectual claims that a summon like Enma is Hiruzen's skill. Even though what they have going on is a partnership.

So are there others who believe Gamabunta , and etc are the summoner's skills? If they are Naruto part 1 would be Kage level.

Skills. Having the ability to summon Kushiyose is part of the shinobi's OWN power. However, when summons are counted as part of someone's power they are counted in the sense like how a army is the Chief-in Commander's power.

THE ABILITY TO SUMMMON the gates is a skill, just like the ability to summon Enma. Sadly, you cannot comprehend that. The same way a ARMY is a COMMANDER's Power.

Why is the president of the USA the most powerful man in the world? Because of the military power he has under his control. However, is the president himself strong? no.

Your applying to different logics and saying they are the same, when they aren't.

And by the logic you used.. do you think the Uchiha and Senju clan suddenly obeyed and followed Madara and Hashirama.. no they did the same thing Hiruzen did with Enma.. built a bond.

I think Hiruzen and Enma should be a special case. It's not like Hiruzen's summon is doing the work for him, Hiruzen is actively using Enma as a weapon himself unlike other summonings.
