Why did Naruto Lose to Sasuke twice?

1. At the beginning of the Naruto series, naruto hog tied Sasuke thus beating him.

2. Their battle in the roff top. Ended in a draw due to Kakashi. However it was hinted that Naruto would have seriously injured Sasuke and Sasuke hinted at his superiority after the battle. However I would give the win to Naruto.

3. Their fight at the Valley of the End. Sasuke wins regardless of what people say.

4. Sasuke vs Team 7 at Oro hideout. It appeared Sasuke handled things and quickly fled before the fight escalated. Sasuke gets a win for this.

So in my opinion, it's 2-2. I suppose the hyped battle for Naruto vs Sasuke would be the tie breaker.

Sasuke always joins the fray late.. and sasuke fans say he's better then naruto.. Even tho naruto has been fighting for a shitload of time.. In part 1 to get sasuke.. and now even with the war.

That's your opinion.
Sasuke isn't at full power, and we've all seen and said the same thing the other times they've fought. Now listen carefully.

At the Final Valley we saw Naruto using the fox and the episode ends and everyone is like "Naruto is going to win, Naruto's going to win." Sasuke then comes back with curse mark, and beats Naruto.
It was the same every time we've seen them meet in a fight, Sasuke will win again and people will deny, again.

If Sasuke really needed a power up, we would have seen it by now. He doesn't, he didn't even need curse mark, he only needs it to hit injure Obito. Naruto has shown more action than Sasuke, that is why people think he is stronger/better. Which he isn't because its the same like last time, we haven't seen sasuke and he still win because he's better.

Naruto is the main character which is why we see more of him, but to say he's superior because one character isn't getting screen time is bold and wrong. Especially when that character already beat the other character more than once.

actual battles aka fights trying to kill or hurt greatly.

Naruto wounds healed and his chakra was increased before he went to Kimimaro. So that's invalid.
Also after Sasuke chidoir'd him he healed again and his charka was back.
Same goes for Sasuke when he went curse mark. They were equally healthy, with naruto having the advantage.

Disagree with last part, there about even with naruto being slightly above due to being able to have two modes that boost his abilites

Same thing could be said about Naruto. After all, he still has only half of Kuramas chakra inside him. Fact is, Sasuke is still developing his EMS. Its not like hes f**king around, it just take take time to master Doujustsu. Sasuke was able to use Complete Susanoo only right before when he lost his eyesight, its not like he could use this technique against Killer Bee.

Currently Naruto is clearly steonger than Sasuke, but the latter has big room to develop... but then again, same can be said about Naruto.
