Why did Naruto Lose to Sasuke twice?

Naruto wounds healed and his chakra was increased before he went to Kimimaro. So that's invalid.
Also after Sasuke chidoir'd him he healed again and his charka was back.
Same goes for Sasuke when he went curse mark. They were equally healthy, with naruto having the advantage.

the heck does healing have to do with your body still being hurt and beaten. Your body is still bruised and battered after each healing , and you need more time to rest to be completely healed again. Sasuke was already healed and rested with an upgrade.

Naruto was beaten badly by Kimimaro since his clones were constantly defeated and Naruto would feel the effects of the damage inflicted on them with his real body. He had become exhausted and in pain again by time he met up with Sasuke after running him down again.

Same thing could be said about Naruto. After all, he still has only half of Kuramas chakra inside him. Fact is, Sasuke is still developing his EMS. Ita not like hes f**king around, it just take take time to master Doujustsu. Sasuke was able to use Complete Susanoo only right before when he lost his eyesight, its not like he could use this technique against Killer Bee.

Currently Naruto is clearly steonger than Sasuke, but the latter has big room to develop... but then again, same can be said about Naruto.

Obviously Shikamaru got better with one touch from Tsunade, invalid.
The rest is fail, because this is a cartoon so chasing someone and trying to put that in as an excuse is bad back up.
Sasuke was still beat up and hurt from the end of Dei's fight all the way up until he got EMS, if that's the case.

So being 100% is fighting for two days with no rest and getting healed once? Nice logic...

OT: They were equal at the VoTE. It was literally plot that Sasuke HAD TO WIN, because it was the only way to advance the plot in to part 2. However, it still is a win. At some points, one is stronger than the other, and in the cases that Sasuke won, he was more powerful (However there was an equilibrium at the VoTE). Right now? Naruto would win. No doubt, mid difficulty at most.
