Mmmm they is a sense in your post but the manga never said he gave them chakra.

A clue is naruto's ability to sync with people and transfer chakra, I think the sage had something similar to that and that's how chakra spread through humanity. Madara sounds right.

Not at all it was stated that the senju where the only children of the sage.
My question again is, how come the if the senju and the uchihas re the one children of the sage how come we have other people with chakra because the only way of being born with chakra is if you re related to the sage so my conclusion is that every one is under sage's lineage.

Not only the Uchiha and the senju. Obito said, there have been ather lineages and Uchiha and Senju seem to be part and the recent ones.

AND THE MANGA HAS MANY CONTRADICTIONS TRUST ME SOME TIMES KISHI GETS MIXED UP WITH INFOS
E.G: MINATO SAID HE NESTED IN NARUTO TILL THE TIME NARUTO WOULD NEED HIS HELP AND THAT HE KNOWS EVERY THING NARUTO HAS GONE THROUGH, BUT WAS SURPRISED WHEN HE SAW NARUTO USE SENJUTSU LIKE JIRAIYA SENSEI.
WHEN EDO MADARA SUMMOND KYUUBI IN NARUTO CLONE KYUUBI ASKED IF IT WAS MADARA THAT IS SUMMONING HIM WHILE NARUTO HAD ATTACKED MADARA BEFORE THAT INCIDENT WHY WASNT KYUUBI AWARE OF IT THAT MADARA HAS BEEN EDO'D.
SO MANY CONTRADICTIONS YA KNOW

They are not contradictions. You just dont understand.

Regarding that of Minato, Minato sealed his chakra in Minato not his body and sense(that was sealed in the death god). Thus when he said he has been watchng it was his chakra which faded away which had observed all those events, his main body never knew of those events, even now, he doesnt still know of some.

Regarding the Kyuubi not recognising Madara, Notice that sometimes the Kyuubi closes his attention to what is happening to naruto not that he does not see what is going on. When Madara appeared, even Oonoki was at first doubtful about it till he confirmed it at last. Sasuke doubted edo itachi till he confirmed it with his susano. One thing with edos is it might take time to realise the edo person .

Thus, there is a probability that 1. Kurama wasnt paying attention to his surrounding till Madara summoned it.
2. The Kyuubi didnt notice the person was Madara since he had not analysed his chakra yet, maybe he might have thought its just some random Uchiha guy.

So in actuality, no contradictions, just you not understanding the details fully.
