One big contradiction caused by manga

Hey guys, please i really wish you will pay much much attention reading and trying to get a lil bit of what i m trying to put out here. I discovered this when making my other thread. First it was stated by manga(obito) that the sage taught the people how to used chakra this statement in other words seems like chakra existed before the sage was even born but lately madara stated that chakra came from the juubi. He also stated that sage's mom was the first human to obtain this chakra after that, she gave birth to a child that already has the chakra trait. Paying close attention to the two statement, if sage's mom was the first and the only one to have juubi's chakra( yes she was the only one because after the fruit was taken I don't see juubi letting others taking another fruit it wasn't stated ) how come other people has it before the was born?(in reference to obito's statement) Even if the sage's mom gave birth to other children before the sage, they should have the same abilities with the sage's it shouldn't be the sage to teach them but the teaching him how to use chakra not to talk of that obito's statement even clearly seemed like chakra existed decades before the sage was born.
SUMMARYbito: the juubi was on rampage,the sage came and defeated it he also taught the people(probably people even older than him) how to use chakra.
MADARA:sage's mom brought about chakra, sage was second to have chakra.(does this also mean that every one with chakra is sage's lineage?)
The only way I see this two statements not contradicting each other is if the manga say one is lying(madara or obito) or that every one that possesses chakra is from the sage's lineage.they is no way for anybody out of the sage's lineage should have chakra the sage's mom was the only one that ate the fruit which resulted to chakra.
What's your oppinion on this^^ guys? I just wish some here will get what I m trying to say

my only question is hashirama senju he uses mokuton and can create treees doesnt that seem odd like maybe he can summon a nother tree or ssomething or maybe he can control it?

but I don't see any contradictions at all...
people didn't have chakra until the Sage was born,
though it's yet to be explained how other people acquired it,
it's certain that it's the Sage who taught them...

The statements don't contradict whatsoever.

Shinju > Kaguya eats fruit and gains chakra > Gives birth to Hagoromo > Hagoromo takes control of rampaging Juubi > Teaches people how to use chakra.

Not at all it was stated that the senju where the only children of the sage.
My question again is, how come the if the senju and the uchihas re the one children of the sage how come we have other people with chakra because the only way of being born with chakra is if you re related to the sage so my conclusion is that every one is under sage's lineage.

Nope. The sage who had chakra knew the truth about it. He taught others on how to awaken and use it. However, using chakra is borrowing juubi's power even if you didn't eat the fruit.

Yes it was never stated but examining obito's part of the story it seems like chakra existed long before the sage was born.your statement is like saying they all had instant chakra if so why didn't sage's mom bother to ate the fruit. I repeat the only way they other clan can have chakra is if they ate the fruit like sage's mom did or if everyone with chakra is from sage's lineage.
