So from madara the god tree could only produce 1 fruit ever millennium and that means it must have at one point haven't been a tree since it created earth? Or even the universe as it's role is "GOD" its nither life nor dead as stated by kurama and from the story the shinju is a Being of having

This means the shinju created all life but in year's time it turned into the tree and the fact it survived in space and it came back without all the beast's and that it went full form

The Shinju can literally cause all the forms of "natural disasters"
It can reheal itself without feeling pain and could even regenerate limbs
It can cause Nuke Sized Bijuu bombs without effort

It's stated the sage "Single handly" defeated the shinju People say it's because he suppressed the chakra? He literally weakened the juubi and unlike the alliance who used all there powerful attacks on it. The sage himself was a god and when he sealed the shinju inside him he became a God Like Being (without immortality) the sage was a "Perfect Being" then anybody the. Fact

Rinnegan Born+Mastery of all techniques+shinju= Demipotent?

If you all seen beings like father the sage is also like that in a whole different level

When madara revived the juubi and bee and naruto sent tbb's at him madara noted '' i want to conserve its power''

So that form only had limited power.

Rikudo on the other hand, i dont really think hes omnipotent anymore.
Im also pretty sure nothing stated that he ''single handedly'' defeated the Juubi.
He simply sealed it inside of him, doesn't state that he first had a legitimate fight with it, just that he sealed it within himself.

No, If you are talking about the SO6P, he isn't Omnipotent, but he is close. He can bend reality to his will, but there is a then line between Omnipotence and Reality Warping, he dont know how intelligent the Sage truly is to give him the tittle of an omnipotent being.

Being omnipotent has nothing to do with intelligence, imo he is an omnipotent being, he can or could do things that would be classed as God like and that is exactly what omnipotent means.
