Yes , like you re-read over and over that "his arm is trembling" which is not normal ... that's the main reason why obito turned into a vilain and that's why i don't like him. he is all talk and he does not do anything to comprove that he has the power and he has the reasons to be the top villain in the series of naruto. he always gets beat-up lol.
People hate obito because they rather have a badass killing machine who looks cool rather than a deep character who is meant to be emotionally attached to us readers. U_U

Their final fight will be a fight to see which way is right, Obito's which is bearing hatred and using force to bring peace vs naruto's way which is enduring the pain and ultimately seeking the light and fighting for peace through love.
Kishi is using obito to show us what would of happened to naruto had he bared hatred and turned evil.
Again this is meant to emotionally connect to us Audience.

Well thats laughable, After witnessing rin's death, He witnessed the hatred and the evil of the world through Rin [someone he cared about] and ultimatly opened his eyes about the world, There is no peace, Humans can't understand eachother and etc.
Same thing madara realized as well when All his brothers were dying..
In short, Obito's Plan is to finaly bring peace to everyone through a genjutsu world, And in the genjutsu world, he will be make himself a kid again just like when team minato used to be, If you are thinking about him being a pedo that is.
all in all, you have to look deeper into obito's character to see how truly good kishi is at developing a character.
