However, in reality nothing is going as this all takes place in the opponent mind as a result of the genjutsu.

Description: Tenken otherwise known and called “Heavenly Punishment” by friends and foes alike was the personal sword of Sajin Komamura which was created and forged by his own hands, due to his mastery and skill in blacksmithing. Unlike other shinobis, who wielded swords and weapons for the thrill of fighting and the spilling of blood, sajin forgery of his sword and his wielding of it, stems from his debt of loyalty and gratefulness towards his adoptive father Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, who not only saved his life by bringing him into his home and sheltering him, but who was the only person who accepted him for who he is and not what he is or what he looks like, but who also nurtured him to the man he is today, and as such sajin feels a huge debt of gratitude to him, going as far as being able to die or kill for him, and as such sajin decided to get stronger to be able to fulfill that dept which was owed to Yamamoto, which eventually lead him to the forging of his sword, tenken, which unlike other shinobis sword, was not wielded for the sake of bloodshed and violence, but as a form of justice to punish those who had committed hideous crimes or committed one form of atrocities or the other, and most importantly to protect his foster father Yamamoto ,who had protected him all his life and loved him as a father would love a son.

Abilities
Tenken is an ordinary shaped sword, with a length of 5 meters in height and weight of 20 kilograms in mass; it has the name “Sajin” engraved on the tip of the sword as sign of ownership of komamura, its wielder. Its cross guard is a rectangular shaped figure decorated with vertical and horizontal lines, with the longer sides sucked in towards the middle, his sword, tensen, has two forms/stages of development and progression,one called the ‘”hoop stage’” which is the initial form of the sword before its progression and then the “bankai stage” which is the second and final part of the swords progression.

Hoop Stage [Initial Stage]
This is the first form or stage of progression the sword undergoes when initially activated, thus being called the initial stage, the sword in this stage retains its original length and size being 5 meters in height and 20 kilograms in mass respectively, its only strenght in this form, is the ability to harden the body surface of the sword giving it longer durability and increased cutting prowess in the process, allowing it to be able to cut through solid matter, and earthen structures easily,[C rank And Below] along with being able to cut through regular ninja katanas, shiruken and kunais more easily.

Bankai Stage[Latter Stage]
This is the last and final stage of the progression of the sword, after which it loses its abilities and can’t not be wielded again, for an extended period of time. Unlike its initial stage the sword doesn’t retain its physical shape and size. While in this “latter stage” the user and the sword emits a purple aura that resonates from their respective bodies ,as a sign of their harmony and been one with the other, tenken, the sword in question, unlike many other ninja swords is in- capable of absorbing ninjutsu attacks or producing elemental based attacks or strikes, its only true and main prowess which it has and which was made for the sole reason of carrying out justice, is the swords ability to transform itself into a giant armored huma-being ,standing about 100 feet tall in height and weighing over 2 tons in weight, the giant armored being is linked with the wielder of the sword ,thus is capable of mimicking his movements and steps to an extent, it is known and more renowned for its defensive capabilities rather than attacks though not lacking much in the latter, through the will of the user by mimicking him the giant armored being is able to make horizontal and vertical slashes[B rank and below] towards the opponent, however, the sword being forged and created with the sole purpose of to “protect “is able to take on the force of 2 S rank Based techniques or one forbidden rank based technique after which the sword deactivates regardless of the number of turns used. Despite its defensive capabilities and prowess the usage of the sword presents the user with two main weaknesses and draw backs which is that if the armored giant is harmed in any way or any form of manner, the wounds and injuries are reflected unto the wielder of the sword, and the other being the user speed being decreased and slowed down [By One Rank] due to the sheer size of the armored giant and the difficulty it poses in its movements.

Description: Neymar Da Silva Is the boss king of the binuturong, unlike his other his other fellow binturongs who are tall and broad in stature, neymar is only 5,7 in height and weighs about 75 kilograms to be exact, he speaks English and carries two long sized katanas strapped unto his back, he has mastered lightning and can use all its techniques without the usage of seals, being a binturong, a four legged creatures who mainly live on trees, neymar is well adept in swinging and jumping and can jump as high as 20 feet into in the air, he has little to no knowledge in ninjutsu and can only create shadows of himself and perform low ranking ninjutsu of [c rank and lower] his main ability and the power that earned him his boss status and distinguishes him from the other binturongs is his ability to shield him and his summoner against elemental based attacks[A rank and lower] due to his rough scaly barks and hairy furs he has on him, neymar being small in stature is unable to make a frightening impression of himself like other binturongs and thus lacks the spirit of intimidation his fellow binturong posses and is sometimes ignored when summoned, making the opponent to underestimate him and the level of his abilities, which sometimes works to his advantage.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Majoreru Ryōshi)- Summoning Technique: Majorelle the Huntress

Description: After drawing blood from any part of the body onto their palms, the user will clasp both hands together, summoning Majorelle in sky above them, or at any place short range from the user. Majorelle is a large sized Blue Heron, capable of carrying up to two people with no difficulty flying, being comparable in size to Pein’s bird summon. Apart from her elemental ability, she has a special ability just like the other Herons. Utilizing her feathers, she can launch them individually from her body. She can either disengage these feathers from her body, or keep them attached to her using a selective, adhesive chakra cord. She can crisscross these adhesive chakra cords, creating web-like structures that can trap large objects or individuals. These chakra cords can capture up to one S-rank or two A-rank tangible (earth, water, etc) elemental techniques per battle and count as a single move of the user. Majorelle is also capable of using up to S-rank water techniques that the user knows that do not require hand seals.

Once the user get close to the floor again, the hurricane will be reformed below the skater keeping the user flying in his new location. If this technique was preformed at close range of an enemy/enemies, he will suffer multiple minor cuts and be blown away of the user from the blast which doesn't harm the user for his skater would protect him.

Description: The Yamanaka Clansman his preform two handseals then places palm on the ground. The land will then raise in the form of a human of rocks standing on all four from beneath the user, resembling the user's figure. The scenery of his creation looks similar to the Inuzuka clan's Beast Human Clone technique. The clone cannot move from his position at all as if he was a statue. All the clone can do is preform up to A rank earth techniques without forming handseals, The user have a direct contact with his mind, commanding him to preform techniques with their telepathy connection. Even tho the clone does not preform handseal, it takes him the same amount the handseals for a certain technique take to preform, however that is affected by the user's affinity to earth element. The user isn't required to use the telepathy technique to communicate with the clone and their connection is always on until the clone is destroyed.

Description: The user add chakrra into the water jutsus he uses after activating this technique changing the proprieties of the water used for this technique to transform it into flammable oil, much like the oil from the toads can generate. This technique only effect the water techniques where he molds and knead his chakra into forming water and not the water jutsus that requires an already existing body of water. The oil is similar to olive oil except it's transparent and much more flammable. The water techniques effected by this technique can perfectly be combined with fire techniques, increasing their strong by one rank as it becomes a combination of water/fire techniques.
-The rules of combinational technique applies to any fire/water combo used with the effect of this technique.
-Can only be used twice per battle.

Description: Nin-leeches are known for their ability to absorb/suck/extract chakra. This is one of the highly skilled techniques a nin-leech can perform. A summoned nin-leech will open its mouth widely and widely flush a large amount of evenly spread chakra into the air and top layer of earth around it. (The chakra it releases in the air will help form a medium in which the leech can perform the rest of the technique, similar to how a water source needs to be present to be catalystic and perform a certain jutsu or clouds need to be formed in order for kirin to be used.) The nin-leech (Once it’s chakra has made contact with the foreign chakra.) will then move its head around absorbing all the freestanding chakra in front of it's mouth. (This includes the users freestanding chakra, the user is no exception.) In a similar fashion as to how absorbing, transferring or taking in chakra in manga happens this also creates no physical difference in the atmosphere and effects chakra only. This technique only affects the chakra in stationary and seemingly non-moving state. Example: If the opponent uses (Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique and then this technique is used the Nin-leech will extract the freestanding chakra from the clouds making the clouds dissipate. Another example: If the opponent uses (Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld the chakra that keeps the swamp a swamp will be extracted reverting it back to solid earth because of its lack of chakra and nature manipulation. But if the opponent uses (Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku) - Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation the extraction won’t be strong enough to extract the chakra from the moving jutsu. This technique does not work/extract from stationary life forms .i.e people, animal summons, etc

Description and Background: Hares are leporids belonging to the genus Lepus. Hares can be easily identified by their long ears, fur, hind legs, and slender body. Despite common misconceptions a hare is different than a rabbit. Unlike the rabbit they don't live in burrows. Instead they live above grounds in nest made of grass and other materials. They are also larger and faster than rabbits, and have distinguishing black marking on their fur. Hares are around 2 ft in size and typically weigh 10-12 lbs. Due to their large hind legs hares are great jumpers and incredibly fast. Hares can reach speeds up to 45 mph and jump up to 10 ft at a time. Their are several species of hare some of which are defined by their terrain such as forest, snow, and mountain hares. Hares are typically brown but can also be white and black. Being a common food source the hare has developed incredible senses. In particular they have incredible hearing showing the ability to hear even the most minute sounds. They also have a very accurate sense of smell. The hares primary mode of escape from predators is running. Since they don't burrow this is their only option. The only elemental jutsu not effected are those that state that an element source is not required, i.e. the jutsu manipulates parts of the human body.

Throughout history hares have been associated with trickeration. When a hare feels threatened it activates it's ability to mask elemental chakra. Jutsu performed using elemental chakra is dependent upon the ability of a person to use their own chakra to manipulate the elements around them. Normally this is second nature to people with chakra affinities. However, hares have the ability to interfere with this process. First the hare uses it precise hearing to lock onto the chakra signature of a particular element. The hare then builds up chakra in it's body. With one loud thump of its hind legs the hare releases the chakra thorough chakra points in it's feet. The chakra then expands outward spherically. Through this process the chakra is stretched over and fills a spherical volume. This chakra then acts as a buffer between a persons chakra and an element. For a elemental jutsu to be performed, strong concentration is now needed to flow chakra through the buffer and reach the element. Thus the time needed to perform elemental jutsu inside the sphere is increased. This also has the same effect on people using chakra to maintain balance on a surface, i.e. walking on water if water is masked or walking on a tree if earth is masked.

The radius of the sphere and amount of masking is a function of the amount of chakra used when summoning the hare. The more an element is masked the longer it takes for a jutsu to be performed. This also effects weapons that make use of elemental chakra. The sphere moves with the hare until the summoning is over. Chakra masking doesn't inhibit the summoners jutsu in any way. When a person signs this contract their chakra is forever linked with the hare. That person becomes subconsciously aware of the chakra frequency of the hare and vice versa. This makes it impossible to mask chakra from the summoner. The hares originally developed this technique as a means to slow down predators. In battles near hares this has lead to the untimely death of many shinobi. Intentional or not this is why the hare has long been associated with trickeration.

 Declined  Even if its not the exact same animal, I will not approve this contract without the permission of the owner of the Rabbit contract. Its too similar and in the end, for the purposes of our RP its the same as the whole Toad and Frog discussion. So unless the owner of rabbit says you can, it won't be approved. Resubmit with proof of such permission or try another contract.​

Description: Is a hammer with the appearance of a Ram's head as the hammers face and has a chain linked to a spiked metal ball. The head is gold in color, and the 'horns' of the head have a silver color, while the ball's 'shell' is blue with white spikes. The weapon is made of a sturdy, durable metal and has the ability to crush Ice and Earth techniques up to B-rank. The spiked ball is placed/rested on top of the hammer like the Kendama. Originally it belonged to a famous warrior from Sunagakure who participated in the third ninja war and died fighting. When the hammer and ball are together, the weapon is used by bouncing the ball on the Hammer's sides before batting the ball towards the target. To the opponent, it would look like as if the blade itself is dissolving in thin air. The blade particles can become a grey cloud, and with the handle, the user can control/manipulate the particles as little blades by swinging it. Depending on the direction the wielder swings the handle, the cloud of blade particles will move in that direction. If the particles happen to be within close range of the opponent when the user swings the handle, the small blades will begin slicing into the opponent, shredding them. Big problems here: I want it clearly stated that the blades will always act as a "cloud" and never be invisible or unoticeable. I don't want you controlling a single tiny blade to cut someones eye out and kill him before he can see it. They will behave as a cloud, always visible. Also, you need to rank it while on this form. I mean, can I us a D-Rank wind and push them back? what about the amount you can produce? I mean, what about the size of this "cloud"?

The discs are soaring at the height of the chest, and the user is able to manipulate and control each disc. With simple movements of the hand, the user can control the wooden discs and send them at the user, an object or at the ground. The wooden discs are compacted with mokuton chakra and and "life energy", so whenever the wooden discs hit something, the chakra bursts out and the disc transforms into a big tree and get stuck to whatever they hit. The user could cause the trees to either trap the opponents, attack them to defend themselves or simply support.

The user can send it towards the opponent, or somewhere next to him, and the fire ring will expand to a ring with a maximum diameter of 20 meters. While the ring is expanding it, the ring itself (the edge) won't burn the objects it's touching while expanding, or deals just a small amount of damage, because the fire ring itself is very thin, and because of the great speed of the expanding, it doesn't really have time to burn anything. Then the user will perform the Tiger handseal and the fire ring will turn into a fire disk, burning everything that was trapped inside the empty Fire ring. The user could also control the fire ring after having become a disk with moving his dominant hand.

This cannot be used for techniques that release something from a scroll, such as lightning blade creation, but rather for techniques take seal something away such as fire/earth/wind/water/lightning sealing technique.

Description: This technique can only be used by Gaara upon entering either his complete transformation. Taking advantage of Shukaku's sand body, Gaara will break it down into dozens of miniature versions of Shukaku using its own body. Each replica carries the exact appearance of the beast, but stands just as tall as a normal person. As the Jinchuriki's body still exists within the transformation, they will remain within one of the many copies making them more vulnerable to attacks, though their location can only be determined by either a Byakugan or Sharingan. A sensory technique would be unable to pin point the user's location as they would just sense a mass of Shukaku's chakra throughout the battlefield. Simply destroying these spawn is not enough to dispose of them. As they're made of sand they can simply reform, thus the sand itself needs to be incapacitated. Using their numbers and durability the spawn swarm the enemies and overwhelm them. While this is going on the main body (the one housing Gaara) can still perform techniques, though its limited to A-rank or below.
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Lasts at most two turns.

Description: The ultimate dark release justu, only usable by masters of the art. After absorbing two justu's of any kind by utilizing the dark release's absorption abilities, the user will release the converted chakra throughout the battlefield quickly surrounding the entire battlefield in a world of darkness by slamming their absorption hand onto the ground. The dark chakra will form a box of complete darkness. The chakra spreads through the ground and forming the box, completely removing the ability to use ground related earth release justu while the box is up. The box is in fact made with special dark chakra which carries the properties of dark release but is not a matter based box like most dark justu's, the box is solid. All attacks directed towards the box(Which don't have the strength to break it) is absorbed and dispersed outside of the box, in some cases generating widespread damage outside the box. While inside the box the user can manipulate dark chakra to that of a greater extent, he can manipulate the box and attack his opponent from blind sides and also shift the walls of the box around to shield him from attacks all of which carries the strength of an A rank dark release attack. The dark matter that's in the air also grants a boost of +10 to dark release matter based attacks, but this comes with a heavy downfall. In order to sustain the box the user must pay a hefty loss of 20 chakra a turn for 4 turns and can only use Fire, lightning, and dark release justu's while inside. No basic ninjustu, genjustu, or chakra enhanced taijustu can be used by the user. After the box falls the user cannot use his absorption arm for 2 turns due to the extreme amount of chakra exerted through the arm in order to sustain the box.

-Only usable once per Battle.
-Must have absorbed two justu prior to use and those two justu could not have been utilized in a separated attack like "Dark Release: Judgement"
-User loses the ability to use his or her absorption arm after box falls and will not regain it's power for two turns.

Description: A very basic visual illusion that takes advantage of the brain's natural tendency to fill in blanks, and in filling in the blanks the illusion forces the actions of basic visual reflexes. It is scientific evidence that the brain predicts what cannot be seen by drawing on previous experiences to build up an accurate picture. The brain does not rely on only direct sight to show what we "see" in our eyes, but actively uses images that our brain already remembers to make the image in our mind. This illusion uses the images already in the opponent's brain with the addition images that the user of the technique inserts into the opponent's mental visual imaging center to ultimately cause a reflex of the opponent's actual eyes and their true vision (not what they see in their mind but what their eyes actually see). By manipulating the opponent's true vision and their mental images, the user can create a very brief moment where the opponent's attention is drawn to that specific object. This illusion does not draw power from its overwhelming persuasion that will force the opponent to view something, but instead is very deceptive in almost making the opponent passively view it as if it was their own choice to glance toward the object. This technique does not require any hand seals because of the very ephemeral nature of the illusion, the user must still have clear sight of the opponent for the technique to be performed. The illusion happens almost passively, though it still counts as a move, because the user only acts as a guide to the end result, not the actual end result itself. As such the user can almost seamlessly combine this illusion with other physical actions. There is also one very important requirement for this technique to be used: the opponent must have prior knowledge of the existence of a specific object, this can either be by the opponent clearly stating that they acknowledge that an object or "image" is specifically present in the surrounding area even if they are not directly perceiving it, or it can be an object that is clearly in the opponent's sight which the user can then draw the opponent's vision into, and the opponent needs to have clear sight to that object. The basic mechanics and steps which the illusion uses to attain its goal are very simple. The user will first begin by altering the opponent's chakra to insert visual images into the opponent's mind. The visual image can be of anything, but the larger the object the easier it is to break out of the illusion or to understand the they are in an illusion. This image will flash in the opponent's mind and they will also begin to start seeing the image flash in their eyes as well. This is where the opponent's brain begins to fill in the blanks. The opponent's brain sees the image and also recognizes the image from its previous knowledge, this is why the opponent must have knowledge of the existence of the object prior to the usage of this technique otherwise the brain would not be able to make this natural leap using pure mental reflex. Because the brain has prior knowledge of the object, the user will know where the object is located and where they can look to find it. The brain while mentally filling in the blanks, will cause the eyes to physically fill in the blanks. This is because when an individual remembers something in their mind, their first tendency is to try to find it with their eyes. So the opponent will do just that and will almost immediately after the illusion is started will find that object and look at it. At this point, the illusion is further enhanced to make the opponent continue to view that image both physically and mentally. But because of the nature of this technique, making the opponent look at the same object for extended periods of time is very unlikely. The maximum length of time this technique can last for is only 1 second. During that second the opponent's gaze is fixed on that object, but afterward, the opponent will simply try to look away and can from this realize that they have been trapped in an illusion. From here on, the opponent can take the necessary steps to break out of the illusion as any other. But the true importance of this technique is that 1 second, that in a battle is precious.

Examples of how the illusion can work: The user of the illusion can throw a kunai away from everything else into open space, the opponent though does not care about the kunai, does see it in their line of vision and understand where it is going, the user of the illusion can draw the opponent's vision to the kunai for that brief instant to make them follow the kunai. The purpose of this is that because of the opponent's vision is altered and their attention is also altered to be completely focused on that object, if the opponent is trying to use a technique that is small and precise in nature the user can use this technique to draw the attack toward that object almost fluidly by creating this short opening. The user must either have way to sense the technique or be able to see it before it is used, other wise the illusion cannot work. This can also work on techniques that require constant manipulation as the opponent will accidentally manipulate the technique to that location because they are drawn to it and not the user. Large scale techniques would be unaffected as the sheer size of those technique would cause them to hit the user regardless. The technique can also be used to manipulate the opponent's attention to specific parts of the user's body. If the user has nail polish on their feet, and they are wearing open-toed sandals in which their feet can easily be seen and recognized, when the user of the illusion is approaching close range, he can use the illusion to draw the opponent's vision to the user's feet for that brief instant by flashing images of their feet inside the opponent's mind. This can create an opening for the opponent to attack the opponent using their upper body that the opponent is not paying attention to at that moment. The usefulness of this technique is given by its preciseness. The user is able to flash images of anything that is smaller than the size of a human body and bigger than the size of a small stone. Immediately after the opponent is trapped into the illusion, they will make direct visual contact with the object in question, as this is the first product of the illusion and the opponent won't even be able to perceive that it is an illusion without this step. During the time that the opponent makes visual contact, the user is able to use other techniques immediately afterward to take immediate advantage of their the opponent's focus on a specific object or part of their body. Techniques that utilize that object or part of the user's body can be used almost instantly to make it seem as it happens at the same time as the opponent is looking at it. After the visual contact is made, the opponent can treat is as an ordinary visual illusion and justify their reason to break out. The technique cancels out after 1 second as it cannot last longer.

 Declined Sorry but I cannot approve such a technique. The application of this in battle are ridiculously overpowered. Its not the rank, its not the effect you keep mentioning, its the fine print (so to speak) that is hidden in the description of the technique. You are also breaking the limit of Genjutsu. In Genjutsu, you cannot force your opponent to do a voluntary action in an involuntary way. Looking at something is not an involuntary action. While some people might have a reflexive action to look into something in a given situations, others might close their eyes or look away or not even care. Non Doujutsu Genjutsu is limited in the sense that it cannot take control over your will. It cannot force you to do something. It presents your senses with an Image (auditory, visual, etc). You however are free to react to that image in any way you deem reasonable or want to. The only exception is, for example, if you made a genjutsu where an opponent would be facing a foreign object which would be almost entering his eye. The opponent would need to react based on the reflexes known to the human body and would close his eye, even if he didn't want to. However, in your description, what you're trying to use is not a reflex but actually a mental process which you cannot manipulate to that degree. The description you use for filling in the blanks is also a bit taken out of context. Its actually something that happens where if your brain reads Huose he'll still be able to read House at first glance. It doesn't pertain to the minds inclination to look towards something and even if it did, the simply notion that you can force your opponent to look away without any handseals, while, according to the wording, being able to chain other techniques and effects simultaneously is unapprovable. You even describe it as almost a passive technique. One that requires no time or almost effort. This in itself breaks the Genjutsu rules which clearly state that you need to fuel the illusion for a few moments before attacking the target as to enable the technique to work. Genjutsu isn't something you trigger and then its done in 1 second. Its something you trigger instantly but need to focus and control for it to actually be fully triggered. Thats an obvious no as well as the whole Take over opponents mind, even if you say its not in a literal sense. This becase, off course, in Genjutsu, you don't take over anyones mind, you take over their senses. Only Doujutsu Genjutsu can control ones mind. DNR.​

The user begins by simply doing the serpent hand seal and focusing a fair amount of water chakra within their body. They will then begin exhaling a large amount of mist, as if they were performing the hidden mist technique. As the mist leaves the user's mouth, he will manipulate the mist particles to converge onto his body, so that the mist is staying exactly one inch away from contact with his body similar to creating a suit. The mist will then take on the form of a Bijuu like cloak similar to the shape of the one Minato Namikaze possess. The cloak will take on an aquatic state and shape of unique form, where the cloak will wave in the wind as if it was an actual cloak, and the shape and size of the cloak depends solely on the user himself, being highly condensed to the point that the mist can do physical damage just like a normal human body. The damage dealt through close combat with this cloak is still the same as before. Yet the defensive proves has increased when the mist cloak is capable of converging on one single area on the users body to prevent the damage of a technique. With the mist cloak activated, the user when in close range can manipulate the mist to explode outwards from any point on the cloak, dealing a great amount of damage to whatever it hit. The outwards explosion is wide, thus making it hard to avoid in close range.

 Declined  If this is S-Rank, wrong chakra and damage. Or is it A-Rank? Also, the explosion...take it out. Its already too powerful as it stands. Also, this mist, how does it fair against wind? Off course, you need a chakra cost to sustain it.If its beeing sustainted, then you can only use Water Release while sustaining it. If physical damage is unchanged and it behaves as a normal body, why does it have a 60 damage? Why does it have damage at all? Should be N/A since the cloak itself doesn't do much besides coating you to protect you. Also, I want a limit in what size you can accomplish. And can you mold this cloak into something? I mean, can you create an arm or something out of it? Because its already getting too similar to Bijuu cloaks as it is...​

Dropped the rank to B-rank, added the exceptions on the affected stuffs, increased the usage limit (tho I think B-rank techs normally doesn't have o_O) and a question. By non specific you mean, like a Nekura cloak can't be affected by it? Tho that is just a cloak that can defend from physical attacks.


 Approved  Added a small cool usage for you and removed the limit. B-Ranks don't need limits. Also, Nekura's cloak as well as for example a Binkan's saber depend on how they are described. A binkan saber is defined as a basic weapon so it falls under the Kunai, Shuriken, etc category: basic tools. A Nekura's cloak I don't know as its not defined in any category. Still, beneath the cloak, they should have clothes. No need to focus on the cloak when you know for a fact you can even crush their testies with their own underwear. *hint hint*​

Advantage of this technique is that the impure metallic minerals can be manipulated as the user wishes due to the sword has no solid form, except the hilt, what is compressed to be solid so the sword can be wielded easily by the user. The manipulation of the minerals can be done in 2 ways. The first one is the shape, meaning if the user wishes, he can reshape the sword into a long, but thin whip, what he can control using his lightning chakra presented in the sword/whip. Description: A stronger and improved version of Lightning Escape. This jutsu works the same way as the original technique, but instead of creating a single lightning bolt from his body, the user can create several lightning bolts up to a total of 6. When creating more lightning bolts, the user hides his body in one of these lightning bolts (have to state in which one) and use the rest as diversions or to attack/defend. All of these lightning bolts have the power of a B-ranked lightning attack and can be controlled separately. In lightning form he can’t even attack or use jutsus, however if the enemy touches the user, he becomes paralyzed. User can't travel through earth, but if the opponent uses an earth jutsu (A-rank or lower) against the user, it can be destroyed and the user can still travel toward his destination with half of the previous speed, but if the opponent uses an S-rank earth jutsu, the technique can be destroyed, but the user turns back to human form afterwards.

She has no antlers due to her being a female, she is able however to use Water up to A-Rankwithout having to do handseal but still needs a water source for those that require it. She can manage on her own, moving at speeds equal to a Taijutsu Specialist at S-Class rank. She is very intellegent and is very friendly with people allowing 2 people to ride on her back. She is also capable of standing on 2 feet, though she prefers 4 legs.

-Dalila can remain for 4 turns
-Dalilia can only be summoned once per battle.
-Water Moves used by Dalila counts towards 3 jutsu limit.

Description: Pendulum of the sacred is a special pendulum crafted by the people from Takumi village,well known for their specialty in making advanced weaponry.The pendulum consist of a special chakra thread unable to be cut by a blade,an indestructable crystal and a ring that is hollow on the inside.The ring is ingraved with the word "Reaper" into it.The long chakra thread is located in the hollowness of the ring and located at the end of the thread is a special crystal.Through the chakra thread the user sends his chakra into the crystal and is able to manipulate the pendulum allowing him to move it freely through the air.The chakra thread can extend to long range.The pendulum,specificly the chakra thread has the ability to suck out chakra out of the opponent and solid attacks.This is accomplished by either piercing the opponent/solid attack or squizeing it with the thread.The sucked out chakra travels through the thread and enters the user of the pendulum giving him a chakra increase.The amount of chakra sucked out is 20(The amount used to perform a regular B rank jutsu).The user can also send his elemental chakra across the thread releasing an attack coresponding with the chakra type.With earth chakra he can solidify the opponent in earth removing all oxygen and hindering their movement basicly turning them into a statue..With fire chakra he can encase them in fire burning them alive.With water he can encase them in a water prison slowly drowning them.With lightning chakra he can cause short paralysis making the opponent unable to move for a turn.With wind chakra the user can encase the opponent in a small sharp whirlwind that cuts them continuosly making them bleed out over time.

- The pendulum can suck out the chakra out of solid B rank attacks and lower


 Declined  Sorry but all of the abilities you have here have already been made into other custom weapons. This isn't, as well, a weapon...actually I don't even understand what it really is. A thread, ring and crystal form a pendulum? I don't get it. Anyway, because the abilities have been made, its a DNR I'm afraid.​

 Declined  Sorry but I find this collides with Raikage's Nintaijutsu. It uses not only lightning to increase damage and add the electrifying effect but also to move at blazing speeds, specially upwards to intercept the airborne enemy. And for some reason, you don't have damage points.​

Description: This is a unique technique where the user will gather an enormous amount of chakra within their body and will then convert it all into water chakra in one swift motion which will then flow in their body while being released in a controlled manner through their skin and their entire body. This will result in the user to gain a blue like appearance, as their eyes will glow a bright blue color while their body will emit a sea blue liquid like substance which will begin to drip from their body. During this state the body undergoes a transformation where the user will seem to have a fish like appearance through the chakra flowing on his body, their face will gain the slight glance of fish skin while there will grow a thin layer of skin between their fingers half way up. During this state the user has greatly increased flexibility and reflexes while also having gained a tremendous brute force residing in their arms. These are the side effects of using this so called mode, though one of the most interesting side effects to this mode is that the chakra which is emitted from the user instantly turns to a liquid state like water, which the user will be capable of performing techniques off of. Finally the true skill behind this technique, is that when in this mode, the user is capable of performing water techniques at blazing speed without the need to think of a water source, due to the user being capable of releasing an enormous amount of water chakra into the open which will then instantly be turned into water and be used for the users liking. When the user enters this state, he will gain an enormous strain on his chakra flow and in the end suffer by losing an immense amount of chakra in the process. When this stage ends, the user will be left in a weakened state and greatly exhausted due to the usage of such an amount of chakra.

Description: This technique is unique though rather simple. This technique allows the user to keep his breath for a very long time. This happens through the user utilizing his lungs and lung capacity to the utmost while using their own chakra to gather oxygen. The technique works through the user holding their breath while utilizing their wind chakra to block their nose and other entrances into their body, while also using their chakra to gather the oxygen in the air and transfer it through the user’s body and into their lungs where it will be distributed into the users system, which results in that the user does not need to breath to survive. This technique requires a substantial amount of chakra which needs to be poured and continuously used to block the entrances and gather the oxygen which means the user needs great focus to sustain it though they can still perform other techniques, just not techniques related to either Fire or Wind Release. Also due to the user holding their breath and blocking all entrances, the user is capable of staying underwater for a prolonged time, while also capable of keeping airborne toxics or anything offensive which needs to go inside their body, from entering their body and essentially defending them from unique attacks.

Description:
This is a very symbolic shield that was used by some of the greatest heroes of the past. It is a round and very dense metal made shield formed from an asteroid, this shield is 4 foot in diameter with a strap on the back for carrying, pertains to have no special attacking ability but can be used to add extra damage during use with taijutsu based attacks hitting the enemy in any way with the shield, this will add more durability then using a fist or leg without the chance of breaking your own bones in the process. Being a blocking type of weapon first, it is still able to attack using taijutsu and throwing the shield (which is all explained better on my Cfs).
This shield can be used normally as well and does not require elemental spchakra to use normally, blocking kuni shuriken and explosions blasts( only slightly). The user will be able to channel chakra to the front of the shield thus adapting it making it even stronger, also giving it more dynamic when used with taijutsu.

 Declined  Question: it adds +10 to Taijutsu....which taijutsu? There is no Taijutsu moves in narutoverse which encompass the usage of a Shield... So there is no technique for it to power the damage off.​

 Declined  Sorry but this is simple a copy of mayfly for crystal and tons of questions remain. Can you be sensed while travelling with it? Which speed can you achieve? Can you rise unoticed? Can you be seen when travelling? Also, I don't think you made the platform technique thick enough to use this. What if the platform is destroyed while you're merged with it? Will you die?​
