You're obviously in denial. The sage wasn't an Uzumaki, he was the son of a goddess pretty much. The Uchiha, Senju and Uzumaki probably stemmed from him, but he was not an Uzumaki. And btw you usually take your family's name when you're a part of their clan..

But based on his genetics he could be classified as Uzumaki due to Red Hair and his large chakara pool.......

I believe the Uchia and Senju were born due to him being the Jubis Junchirki
