Description: The user channels Francium chakra into his hands thus allowing him to coat smaller objects with a thin layer of Francium with just the slightest touch. This is mostly used to coat weapons and tools, but it may also be used in taijutsu to place a thin but lethal layer of Francium on the opponents skin. When the Francium attaches to the skin of the opponent it will cause 2nd degree burns and horrible pain. The user can cancel this technique with a simple hand seal.
Note: Once activated it lasts 3 turns unless canceled by the user.

But I cant create a needle or something to stick onto the opponent with the previous technique? It would work the same. Maybe even a paperclip that I could clip to his clothes. Enough to blow that ****er up. With my bliss of water, there's no living soul to survive.

I find the worth of this technique in taijutsu. When fighting someone you just have to touch them to toast the area which touched. You can do what you said with the Body technique.

No. In my bios I mention small containers of water which when applied pressure to burst and release small drops. You can do the same and put them on a clone to detonate him.

If they get in touch with water they will explode.
Note: Must be taught by -Cobalt-.
Note: After creating the max number of clones the user cannot use this technique again for 2 turns after using it the first time. Can be used several times in a row if creating less then the max number one at a time.

I don't see a reason for that because I have more than enough techniques to create water out of no where. If they look same as me then I can simply send the clone forwards while I create a water source near the opponent. But I get your point: why use a move when you can detonate him for free? So how do you pass along the container?

Well I imagined that when you create a clone everything you had on yourself is cloned as well (clothes, weapons etc.). I believe that the containers are cloned as well.
