Description: Just like Korra's Grand Water Phoenix Jutsu but with fire the user will focus all their fire chakra into the sky. When they have enough chakra in the sky they start to create a giant phoenix that is the half the size of Gamabunta made of fire. When the phoenix is form it will explode into a large barrage of mini phoenixes that are the size of Abumanre bugs (and as such completely visible) and will come down onto the opponent with such great force that even if they were underground up to 3 meters underground the phoenixes would still break through and do minor damage like breaking a little into the skin but not do faultily damage. Although the small phoenixes don't actually move that fast, they pact great momentum.
Note: Cannot use any fire jutsus for the next turn
Note: It takes 2 jutsu moves to form.

Note: Every mini phoenix isnt S rank.
Note: If the user does not find a way to defend them self or avoid the attack the jutsu will hurt the user.

These chakra scythes are able to cut sharper then normal scythes. When using chakra the chakra scythes each have different effects.
Katon: The scythe is made up of a dark reddish chakra and when in contact with an opponent can produce a burning effect upon contact.
Suiton: The scythe is made up of a dark blue chakra, making the scythe more flexible and can increase the length up to 3 feet.
Raiton: The chakra made up of yellow chakra increasing the scythes penetration and to have a numbing effect upon impact.
Doton: The scythe made up of brown chakra can have its weight either increased (3 times as much) or decreased (3 times as much) to either increase impact or speed, depending on the situation (only one weight change per use, meaning either use this infusion for more weight or less with each use)
Futon: The blade is made up of green chakra increasing its cutting power.
Normal Chakra: The scythe is made up of light blue chakra and can be dense enough to stop ninja tools and ninjutsu (Up to B rank)

Alright, let's break this down, mate, as I am very hesitant about you using each of the scythes like that.
First off, the scythe itself. How large is it, and how does one generally grasp it? It should also last a certain amount of time, as you are utilizing each of the elements.
Katon: The scythe is made up of a dark reddish chakra and when in contact with an opponent can produce a burning effect upon contact. How does one expect to wield scythes of fire? They are intangible, and can easily be blown out by Wind jutsus.
Suiton: The scythe is made up of a dark blue chakra, making the scythe more flexible and can increase the length up to 3 feet. Alright, I can relate this to D-Rank Water canon jutsu, but the way it works is a bit iffy. You can increase the length up to three feet? Does this make this mid range? And also, how might the attack of this differ from regular scythes? It can't be just water.
Raiton: The chakra made up of yellow chakra increasing the scythes penetration and to have a numbing effect upon impact. The scythe's penetration? You need to be more specific here. And alright, I understand the numbing effect, however, you need to state a limit on that, and where exactly it numbs the opponent. Entire body? Certain limbs where the scythe makes contact?

This makes sense, but you need a limit on how many times you can increase or decrease its weight.
Futon: The blade is made up of green chakra increasing its cutting power. Hm...well, Wind would at least be the most emphasized upon, wouldn't it? There's much more you can do with Wind than just increase its cutting power, but alright.
Normal Chakra: The scythe is made up of light blue chakra and can be dense enough to stop ninja tools and ninjutsu (Up to B rank) I grasp the concept of this, but Ninjutsu is a generic concept and I don't know how it can generally stop all Ninjutsu up to B-Rank. How would you stop killing intent or haze clones? But alright...

Description: Arbok is a purple cobra that is slightly smaller than the snakes Orochimaru summons in the manga/anime. Arbok has the ability to use Genjutsu up to B rank. Arbok is most used to carry dead bodies for Korra and other people that can summon him. Arbok can carry upto 10 dead or unconscious bodies in his stomach. If he tries carry any more the 1st body that was swallow will be lost due to it being get kick out and move to Arbok stomach.(Sorry about the graphicness o.o).

Alright, summons that can use Genjutsus are extremely sly. First off, ensure that this is the ONLY ability your summon can have. Secondly, can only be on the field for four turns.
Also, when your summon uses Genjutsus, you need to state the range and how many times it can use Genjutsu in a match.

Suiton: The scythe is made up water, making the scythe more flexible and can increase the length up to 3 feet. When hit by this scythe it causes irregular breathing to an opponent.
Raiton: The chakra made up of complete lightning making the scythe’s penetration greater and causes a numbing effect upon impact. User creates a protective layer of chakra to protect them.
Doton: The scythe made up of rocks which can have its weight either increased (3 times as much) or decreased (3 times as much) to either increase impact or speed, depending on the situation (only one weight change per use, meaning either use this infusion for more weight or less with each use) The scythe can also cause broken bones when being hit by.
Futon: The blade is made up of pure concreted wind increasing having an increased cutting power than normal scythes.

Description: The user will slam their hand on the ground that summon two snakes (the size of a normal anaconda) that come out of the ground underneath the opponent and wraps around them. The two snakes will then bite the opponent then will send a contentious pulse of lightning chakra that will make the opponent numb and finally paralyze them.
Note: The paralyzing effect kicks in after 1 turn but the numbing effect will start right away.
Note: The snakes must be biting the opponent to keep the effects lasting. If the opponent breaks free the effects wear out in 2 turns.
Note: Must be able to summon snakes.

Description: Everyone, before dying see's their entire life flash before their eyes. This is what my genjutsu technique does. After forming the hand seals Dog → Rabbit → tiger, the user with begin focusing their chakra into the victim and take over the their senses, placing them in an illusion in which their entire life flashes before their eyes, all the worst memories that the vicitim had buried deep within their mind resurface, causing them to have a mental breakdown from the stress, leaving their real body incapacitated.

Restrictions:

- Only teachable by Another
- Only usable 3 times per battle.

Shikotsumyaku: Kozo shifuto |Dead Bone Pulse: Structure Shift

Description: This technique allows the user to alter their skeletal structure, this is done by mixing both calcium & chakra throughout the bone & around the joints of each one to increase the amount of bone tissue produced within the layers, helping to expand in either width or length, following a similar process as to when regenerating bone but without having to build upon any damaged bone or rely on cells to remove any unnecessary tissue, instead continues to layer on around the base.
Length: The user, by continuously layering bone tissue over their joints, extends the length of their limbs by 50cm(0.5m). The user takes on a taller & slender form to their original build, having the advantage of reaching further due to the extended length of their arms & traveling distances at a somewhat quicker pace, due to the length extended around the user's legs. Having a slender build & Lengthening their structure allows the user's combat ability to rise in speed (including their reaction timing), enough to be able to catch any non doujutsu user off guard with little time to react , but strength & defense are decreased(Strength -5)(Opponent's Taijutsu +5).
Width: By layering bone tissue around the whole of the user's bones they take on a much broader build, with their chest & shoulders only slightly widening but arms & legs having a more significant change. The user's strength increases dramatically (Strength +10) & opponent's Taijutsu decreases(-10), but while in this form the user moves at a much slower pace than average, being able to mainly react to attacks from a frontal assault & having to stay purely focused on their surroundings to attempt to react from behind(if noticed). Expanding the width of limbs & manipulating the density of the bone allows normal weapons to have no affect against the bones.
With either form taken Kaguya melee jutsu also alter in size or shape e.g in length Kaguya techniques such as those that create swords, spears, whips or protruding bones extend by the same length as that of the limbs, but also take on a thinner form to "match" the user's speed(Kaguya melee Jutsu used decrease by -5), while in width Kaguya techniques expand to a larger size but also match the user's decreased speed (Kaguya melee Jutsu noted increase by +10). Partial shifting allows The user to only manipulate certain limbs described rather than the whole body, having only the said limb effected.
Having a vast amount of chakra spread throughout the body (not including Partial Shifting), the user, while in either form, may only use jutsu A Rank & below.
The user is able to shift their whole structure from either length or width but still counts as 1 move & cannot combine affects together.
- Using a partial shift still counts as a whole jutsu.
- Only usable once
- lasts 5 turns
- After 5 turns the user is unable to use S/F Rank jutsu for 2 turns.
- Only usable by Kaguya bios.
- Only teachable by Method

X-Declined-X Bolded region is vague. Remove partial shifting and make it a seperate technique if you want. How does it improve reaction time?

Description: The user manipulates a portion or the entirety of an already existing fire, draining from its power making it form, shape and move as the user wants. The power of the fire manipulated is drained from the already existing fire, this means that if the already existing fire is of S-rank then using this technique would lower the already existing fire to become of C-rank power. If the already existing fire is of B-rank then the user basically manipulates all of it. The already existing fire must be of a distance of up to mid range from the user, however, the manipulated fire can only move to short range from its original source. This means that the manipulated fire can reach up to to long range from the user.

Note: The already existing fire cannot be C-rank or below

When having shape it can also use freeform.
Because of the user being separated from their own shadow, they will not be capable of using any shadow technique that requires them to extend their own shadow. They will still be capable of using techniques such as Shadow Imitation Shuriken because it does not rely on extending the user’s shadow. While the shadow is separated from the user’s body, it can use shadow techniques that requires it to extend its own shadow such as Shadow Imitation.
When the user does not have his shadow attached to him then no shadow binding techniques can be used against him because he doesn’t have any shadow (bound to him). This jutsu ends when the independent shadow uses 3 shadow techniques, when it gets defeated or if the user simply decides to return it back to himself. It will then get back to the user as it should be (= as a normal shadow anyone has).

(Taibu Kage mane Shuriken) - Greater Shadow Imitation Shuriken
Type: Supplementary/Offensive

Description: Similarly to Shadow Imitation Shuriken, the user infuses their kunai with shadow chakra but with a greater amount then throws it at a shadow, hitting it, causing that shadow's owner to be trapped. As the kunai lands on the targeted shadow the user performs one handseal causing the majority of the shadow chakra infused in the kunai to take control over the trapped shadow. This allows the user to manipulate that shadow in a similar manner as Shadow Sewing, forming shadow needles that can move the opponent or impale them.

Note: Usable 3 times per battle
Note: The shadow infused kunai can only be thrown up to mid range while the trapped shadow can move up to mid range from its original place. This means that the jutsu in general can reach up to long range if the kunai is thrown to mid range from the user.

Description and Background: Roadrunners are speedy ground birds who lives in deserts, grasslands, and woodlands. It does not fly very often, prefering to run at great speed. When the roadrunner senses danger or is traveling downhill, it flies, revealing short, rounded wings with a white crescent. But it cannot keep its large body airborne for a long time, and so prefers walking or running.
The feathers on the top part of its body are greenish- and bluish-brown streaked with white; on the bottom part, they are completely white. The head has a crest of feathers. Behind each eye there is a patch of bare skin that is partly bluish and partly reddish. On the roadrunner's back there is a dark patch of skin that the bird exposes to the sun to warm its body during cold weather.
Well-adapted to arid habitats, the roadrunner has glands near its eyes that it uses to secrete excess salt. It can survive without drinking water, as long as it consumes prey with high water content.

Description: Once the target is caught in a water prison, or any water technique that traps the target within it, the user would perform 2 hand seals and focus his chakra to certain points in the water to increase the pressure and density of that certain points, for example the user could increase the pressure of the water at set points like around the neck, putting pressure on the neck to choke the target, this technique could also be used to increase points in a jutsu like water bullet to increase its power and force.

Note - Can only be used 3 times per battle
- Gives a +10 damage when the points are used to increase the power and force of a technique
- The maximum size of the points are the size of a clenched fist

- The impact of the beasts paws coming together is rather powerful, so it might knock the target out cold before trapping them

Description: The user performs 3 hand seals while in contact with any water surface spreading his water chakra throughout the water. After the hand seals are completed the user stomps his foot causing a powerful vibration to erupt from beneath the water surface in the ground below. By displacing the user's water chakra in multiple places through the water source. The user will clap his hands creating multiple pockets of water under within the water. This pockets are extremely deep and act as sink holes when a vibration or direct movement crosses it's radius. The pockets are about 5 meters in diameter and there range stretches about 2 meters in every direction. Picking up movement in all directions and collapsing in all directions. Sucking the opponent or who ever is on the pocket or within it's range to fall to the depths of that water source. The pockets are easily detectable by their darkened color do to the direct passage to the bottom of the water source

Description:
Using the advanced nature of Storm Release, the user will swiftly complete 2 handseals while manipulating their Storm chakra. An assortment of Storm will start to release from their hands quickly surrounding the user forming an almost impenetrable bubble of sort at first glance. This part of the jutsu can be used to defend the user from attacks or blunt force from all around the user. If necessary, the user can complete another handseal as in a sequence, causing the bubble to shape itself into that of an assortment of Spartan shields that forms 360 degree protection around the user or they can manipulate it to a desired section around them. Along with the shields also comes an assortment of Spartan spears that erupt stabbing anything within close range of the jutsu. This gives off the total defense of a Spartan army that specializes in rare combat, that defends first with a blunt attack, then counterattacks with precision and speed.
Note: The first stage of this technique gives the user complete protection from all angles at the cost of not being able to move or do any other jutsu
Note: The second stage of this technique attacks and gives defense to all angles except for the ground
Note: the user must stay stationary in order for this technique to work or they’ll be interrupted
Note: If only using the first part of the jutsu, the user cant use any Storm Techniques A-rank or above next turn, if the second part is used, the user can’t use B-Rank or above Storm Techniques for the next 2 turns

Description: The user will begin by imbuing their chakra into the surrounding air, compressing and manipulating it to take on different shapes and forms including but not limited to circles, triangles, cubes, cylinders, so on and so forth. This technique is similar to the Wind Style: Rasengan in that it also emphasizes power, rotation and containment. The wind used in this technique is composed of innumerable razor sharp, microscopic wind blades packed together in such a way that they move in multiple directions and grind against each other in a continuous flux, all while maintaining a specific form; The difference between the two lies in the emphasis on shape transformation. Because Material High can take on several forms, it can be applied in battle in several ways, and considerably more often than the Rasengan. To emphasize, depending on the user’s style, one could create and maneuver circular, paper thin wire like blades to slice through or bifurcate certain obstacles. Additionally, one could form cubes or prism’s to use as jumping blocks, stepping stones or even a defensive shield. These shields can also just as easily be used as a cage or prison to hold enemies of varying sizes. The shapes can be hollow, ‘solid’ through and through, or a combination in between where it is hollow in the center but solid the rest of the way through. These constructs can be materialized and manipulated in all ranges; However they produce a loud, roaring sound, like the howling of un-tamed wind and as such, are easily noticeable through hearing. The wind used in this technique is also transparent, but is easily visible to the naked eye and is recognized as having a light, grayish color. As a result of being so compressed, the wind takes on a more “solid,” tangible state than is ordinary, and can therefore tear through stone and a majority of solid objects, including doton jutsu up to A Rank. This is similar to the way that concentrated fire can punch through concrete walls. When used offensively, the constructs can be used as projectile weapons to deal powerful concussive or blunt force damage – For example, forming a large cylindrical construct above an enemy and having it fall on them would squash them flat. When used defensively, the constructs can be formed in such a way that the winds spread and re-distribute oncoming force along the faces of said construct, virtually absorbing damage. As a result, the barriers are practically impervious to damage from attacks of a weaker rank (with the exception of fire based attacks). As a result of the compression they undergo, the sound pressure becomes so great that it actually produces significant shock waves that strike while the opponent is without the energy to defend. The user will employ shape transformation to compress and maintain the fireball, which unlike ordinary fire, does not smoke as a result of its combustion. Instead, because of the burning earth, it creates oxides that are less dense that the surrounding air as it burns, resulting in the formation of a natural vacuum that ‘sucks’ the surrounding air into itself. As a testament to its strength, the fire is capable of uprooting and pulling trees – and anything else within short range radius - into itself as well as being large enough completely incinerate something as big as a boss level summon; Albeit the bigger something is, the longer it takes to burn. Because of the suction, the user themselves must be careful to maintain a safe distance at all time. The heat produced by the burning of the earth is such that it will evaporate surrounding water sources and is completely unaffected by suiton jutsu of A Rank and below. The flames burn for one full turn if not extinguished prior. After burning out, the fire leaves behind a large crater and scorches the earth immediately surrounding it.

Description: Muramasa no tachi (Muramasa for short), is a modern sword named after the famous blacksmith, Muramasa. Although not crafted by Muramasa himself, the sword is his living legacy heavily emphasizing on attack strength. Opposite of most weapons, the blade is not ancient neither imbued with any magical forces. Instead it combines the Muramasa’s own sword crafting skills with a hint of modern ninjutsu & kenjutsu techniques to generate effective strikes with overwhelming damage output.
The sword is a “Tachi” not a Katana, with chakra receptors all around the hilt that manage inflow and outflow of energy across the sword and the user (general electrical energy from lightning release, but may involve other elements if used with a Custom jutsu). The hilt includes a switch the activates the receptors allowing the user to freely channel energy across the sword and his body. The sword is a vibroweapon, a high frequency blade similar to the ones used by Kirabi and Sasuke, meaning that it uses electrical energy to generate molecular vibration which, on physical contact, breaks the molecular bonds of other matter allowing the blade to effortlessly cut through objects. Murasama’s ancient sword development techniques were used to design the blade which makes it highly conductive, the different layers of alloy makes use of the peltier effect to keep the heat energy at the swords core without radiating any outside, the reduced loss of energy combined with the continuous supply of lightning chakra from the user soon charges the blade, changing its color to red. The sword leaks out electrical electrical energy of red wavelength, the red color is an indicator of the abnormal amount of energy flowing through the blade which allows Muramasa to cut objects better more easily than any other weapon known. The cutting potential of the sword could be defined with examples, Flying Swallow technique and both Sasuke and B’s vibroblades are able to pierce through steel with their weapons, Muramasa only takes this ability further effortless piercing through diamond, further more making it extremely lethal for person if hit directly by blade.
However this attack strength, abnormal as it may be, isn’t Muramasa’s primary ability. Muramasa’s main feature is its sheath: where the sword helps maximize the cutting ability, the sheath helps the user muster enough strength, this means while Muramasa has the potential to cut through diamond, it is unable to without the proper input of force. Unique to the sheath is its ability to store energy for burst damage when unsheathed, its features a trigger which when released would launch the blade outside for a single “Quickdraw” technique, which provides the necessary strength to perform such a powerful slash. The Quickdraw technique is Muramasa’s signature skill, when released the blade is launched out of the sheath like a ballistic shot which allows a swift Iaido strike extremely difficult to track within close proximity. The technique would however possess a downside in precision, because of the speed of this technique the single strike wouldn’t land if used either a second early or a second late. Quickdraw skill generates great force, combined with the piercing ability of the blade it allows great feats for both offense and defense. I.e. If the Quickdraw ability is used to slice through an earthen projectile aimed at the user, Muramasa would slice cleanly through the projectile, but the force granted by the sheath will be enough to alter the trajectory of the projectile and divide it to move past the user without harm. For intangible objects, such as Wind or Water, the strike force will distort the shape. The Quickdraw skill ensures that the blade destroys anything with the potential to be harmed (With the exception of Indestructible objects and anything else within reason, the ability is not absolute), the damage is further enhanced if combined with techniques that allow extreme movement such as the Lightning release armour or Swift release Shadowless Flight technique due velocity multiplying force. The sheath is capable of holding other forms of Chakra and electric isn’t the only type of energy that can be channeled through the sword allowing it to be used for the user's other elemental CJ.
Note: The sword is indestructible. Quickdraw skill may only be used in alternating turns allowing a cooldown time for sheath to recharge.

However if you wish to spend an additional CJ slot of yours, you're free to retry the original version of Quickdraw as a form of advanced version to the technique linked to this sword. Given that you could carefuly phrase that reaction time thing and explain it better.

Once done the user will form dark tendrils to form in the ground beneath the opponent. Shortly after formed they will silently and quickly rise up from the ground and wrap around the opponents ankles, wrists and neck. The tendrils look like a long chain of diamonds linked at the tip. Once they grab the opponent they will begin to burn the users body parts if they are exposed. By using chakra manipulation the user will then cause the tendrils to lift the opponent into the air hold their arms and legs apart from each other. the tendrils will then begin to sap the opponents chakra, as this is happening the tendrils will become stronger and increase their hold on the opponent, if left unstopped the tendrils can in time snap the opponents bones or break there neck with ease.

After the chakra have attached to the Ion particles, the user will pull his arm back, ripping his chakra out of the water that he just implemented into it, and when ripping the chakra out, the chakra will force the Ion particles to leave the water. This is called deionization, which results in the removal of Ions from the water, which causes the water’s resistivity to be increased. When the water’s resistivity is increased, the water will be deionized which allows it, to be used as a coolant in direct contact with high voltage electrical techniques. Description: After studying the water element and its components, a shinobi came upon the knowledge of heavy water. This heavy water is actually regular water which contains a larger amount of hydrogen isotope deuterium than normal. Therefore, some or most of the hydrogen atoms in heavy water contains a neutron, which causes the hydrogen atom to be twice as heavy as a normal hydrogen atom, which eventually makes the water heavier and denser. This technique is based off this knowledge, as the user will generate a large amount of water chakra within their body and as he will expel the water chakra into an existing water source, this water chakra will add the missing neutron molecule to the water source or technique. This will result in the water technique or water source to be denser and even heavier. Thus if performed upon one’s own technique at the right time it will make the technique even more powerful, especially if you used techniques such as the Water Release: Stormy Blockade, whereas it will result in the water becoming denser and heavier making its brute force even more devastating. In turn if an opponent uses a water jutsu such as the Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment, the user will be capable of adding the missing neutron to the technique thus making it heavier to the extent where the water is incapable of rising upwards and will drop to the ground without harming the user. Due to the technique adding the neutron to the water molecules it also changes the whole properties within the water, thus resulting in the waters freezing point to be changed to the extent of where water freezes slower than usual and the waters boiling point will also be changed thus the water will have slightly greater resistance to fire.

One of their signature genjutsu is that these snakes all surround the opponent in a mid range (or lower) distance from all sides. These vibrations cause neurotic imbalances in the brain and thereby putting the opponents in an illusion. The opponent(s) trapped in between the snakes suffer the maximum damage. The effects of this genjutsu take over 3 turns. Make an unique Genjutsu for them to use and reduce their numbers to 5 tops. Also, make sure to say that all 5 must be on the field for them to use the genjutsu. Allowing them to surround your enemy and use any genjutsu you know by hissing is a cheat. It means you transform any genjutsu you know, regardless of its "requirements" into a Sound Triggered Genjutsu. So no. However, I won't DNR it allowing you to make an unique genjutsu for them to use. The theme and the overall idea is cool, just not the level to which you're trying to boost it.

Nice idea but...how does the weapon present itself in its original, untransformed form? A ring? an orb? a sword? what? Also, defend from genjutsu...how? You do realize you can't actually perceive a genjutsu is coming and thus you are unable to actually use something to defend from it? And you still didn't explain how this is achieved. It can defend from anything S-Rank...how? I mean, what about size? or techniques that happen all around you? or techniques you can't see or perceive? I mean, saying a shield can defend from anything up to S-Rank regardless is not very smart as its an obvious decline. When you claim a defense on a weapon you need to explain how you achieve such defend. is it a seal? a disruptive effect of the weapon? what?

The chakra shroud works in a manner that the chakra disrupts the foreign chakra in a technique by targeting the weak point in it. At point blank range the shield activates automatically, dispelling it effectively and leaving the user unscathed but with a chakra drainage which leaves the user weakened for a period of time.

Description: The user make an ox hand seal and points at the target channelling their chakra through. Manipulating the victims chakra slightly. The victim thinks that they are now a strawberry, with legs, hands and a face being very slowly eaten by a kid. The target is able to move but the kid will give chase, slowly. The jutsu does very little mental harm, nor does it paralyse the foe, but is rather meant to buy a few seconds of time, tamper with the foe to through their concentration off.

Description: The user takes their sword and hold across their chest. The hilt should be in their dominate hand while the goes across the body in front of them, other hand on the back of the blade. The user focuses his raiton chakra and generates a yellow orb which widens itself along the length of their sword. The lightning is gathered and controlled than released in a concentrated burst of lightning that viciously travels towards the opponent just as fast as chidori spear. The user can use this without a sword with the users hand but the length in which it will go is shortened.

The force of hitting the target there will cause vibrations to go throughout his head. (try biting your teeth together really fast, you'll feel a little vibration, now imagine with a kick) When done correctly, the vibration would be so great that one kick would knock out the target and break their jaw.

Yeah but no...you cannot knockout an opponent just because of that with taijutsu in Narutoverse. May I suggest a bit of stagger and "dizziness" and additional hindering effects?

Description: The user will thrust himself towards their desired target, continuously shifting their body from left to right (Or vise-versa) in a zig-zag manner by pushing themselves off of the ground. Upon nearing the target's close range, the user will get in a very low or natural stance, aiming to strike the target with a vertical kick or punch, sending them flying into the air. The user is also able to semi-circle around the target's side, delivering the strike from the flank.

Description: The user jumping towards the opponent grabs the opponent head in a three-quarter facelock while parallel to the ground, and then slamming the opponent's face to the ground in a cutter. Usually hit from out of nowhere taking a split second to execute. The user can in fact cover himself with lightning chakra to increase the speed and power of the RKO.

*facepalm* you do know that if you actually do that in a normal ground and for real (not in make believe wrestling, trampolin arenas) you'll actually slam you back on the ground as hard as your opponent? Not only that but you can yourself be knocked out by hitting your head on the ground... Wrestling is not a good choice for this since, guess what, its all fake >_>
