There's no Obito without Madara and there's no Obito without evil intentions so that's that.

Worst motivation probably goes to... Hate to say it, Madara, Hidan, Deidara.

Hidan was a zealot.... Who's religion was never fully explained so what de' fuq? We hardly know much about it, so we can't really judge if his reason for slaughter and such was even good. Seemed like a way to get a funny/creepy character out.

Naruto without minato is consumed by kurama & therefore not "naruto" so this point is invalid.
