Of all the bad guys in the NV, who has/had the worst motive for being on the "bad side"?
Sasuke is excluded because his intentions are all over the place.
Filler and movie characters don't count either.

Kakuzu, because of the fact he just wanted money?
Hidan? He just enjoyed killing people and praising his possibly non-existent god, Jashin.
Orochimaru? He just wants to learn all ninjutsu and achieve immortality.
Deidara? He just wanted to show the world his "art" so that it could be praised.
Or someone else?
