Naruto and Sasuke aren't that impressive

And yes the selfless acts of Minato, Kushina and Itachi paved the way for the Sasuke and Naruto to become what they are. I just feel that you undermine the picture that the author has drawn for us. They are both hard working and determined ninja with a path to follow. Nothing about their lives is due to luck. Besides, I don't believe in luck. You make it sound like it was all just a walk in the park for them but it wasn't.

Bold 1: Minato is part of Naruto's success but Naruto still had to work really hard to tame the power. You aren't giving him his due credit. You don't seem to like Naruto and your opinion is biased because of it. Just because you don't like a character doesn't mean they shouldn't be credited for there work.

Bold 2: Why the handicap? Naruto has the Kyubi and Uzumaki life force so why use that against him? Kiba without his clan jutsu would make him less then Genin but so what? That isn't how the story is.

Bold 3: Yes they are bashed for not being as strong. And you bash Naruto in return. See how that is no different? They are all interesting characters and they all deserve a great deal of credit.

Whether or not a character is more interesting then another is up to personal opinion.

they are, neji, kiba, and a few others would have beat naruto had he not had all his power ups. Same with sasuke, let him beat lee in a one on one with real skill without a sharingan, lee would beat the hell outta sasuke. sasuke and naruto NEED power ups to win. Name one fight where they didn need it? Shinobi like lee, shino and even choji all use their own power. ALl of them train, shit at least naruto trains, all sasuke has to do is look at you, yeah he is sooo good.

what does sasuke have wthout his eyes? Obito just shut him down. No amatarasu for you, no genjutsu for you, what else does sasuke have? Im sorry, what other unnatural powers does sasuke have that he can use to win.
