If kyubi is not in naruto then he can go in sage mode with ma & pa on his shoulder. That means theirs no time limit for Naruto.

If being an Uzumaki and havng high chakra reserves is unfair then Being an Uchiha as wel as having Sharingan is obviously unfair and Itachi can't use any king of genjutsu without Sharingan and he can't put Naruto in genjutsu since Ma & Pa wil be there..................
