Same with sasuke, let him beat lee in a one on one with real skill without a sharingan, lee would beat the hell outta sasuke. sasuke and naruto NEED power ups to win. Name one fight where they didn need it? Shinobi like lee, shino and even choji all use their own power. ALl of them train, shit at least naruto trains, all sasuke has to do is look at you, yeah he is sooo good.

what does sasuke have wthout his eyes? Obito just shut him down. No amatarasu for you, no genjutsu for you, what else does sasuke have? Im sorry, what other unnatural powers does sasuke have that he can use to win.

Each & every person who become recognizably strong had their own way of toiling around even when others r resting their feat...
So, even for Minato who's not an Uchiha or a Senju...had to work hard to raise 2 such a position....
& the same goes for Naruto & Sasuke ....b'coz they followed their own way & went through hardship...Which by some means better than any normal clan members....
i.e., simply a person cannot awaken the mangekyo & use the sharingan Potential 2 it's full extent....or just simply take control of a tailed beast chakra...as in case of Naruto...
