This would be a good fight but its clear that guy would win, base guy with his nunchucks might destroy a heart but probably not and guy can mantan his gates up to six for quite some time, and six gates guy would easily be able to rip through the iron skin of kakuzu and morning peacock would be able to defeat a couple of hearts and hirudora is over kill, I would love to see this fight but the outcome is clear that guy would win with difficulty though

And Guy wouldn't bother punching or kicking tentacles, and I never suggested that. But Guy would be able to easily avoid the tentacles and smash Kakuzu into the fetal position begging for mercy using high speed taijutsu/8 gates. Don't underestimate Guy.
Guy can defeat Pain (hence why the author kept Guy away from the leaf village during Pain's invasion, even Pain would lose to 8 gates, and Pain stomps Kakuzu... you see the point I'm trying to make right?). The only way to counter Guy shown in the manga is Obito's Kamui, or, obviously, tailed beast forms.
ETA: It's almost hilarious trying to picture Kakuzu's hearts hitting Guy 'while he's busy dealing with another one' (as if Guy can't destroy each mask in the blink of an eye), it's like 5 fodder shinbi from the SA standing around Guy trying to hit him with their jutsu. Guy uses the most exceptional taijutsu in the series (only rivaled in power 'possibly' by Tsunade/Sakura's power), and his 8 gate attacks would certainly break Kakuzu's defence. Unless you seriously believe that Kakuzu's hardened skin jutsu surpasses Madara's susano'o.
And yes, I consider the way Guy destroyed and humiliated one of the strongest akatsuki members (Kisame *cough cough*) a feat. Kakuzu is at best on the same level as Kisame (which is really pushing things, he's not even close). But even if we accept that, Kakuzu is still helpless to Guy's 8 gates after getting hit by Hirudora. Guy could kill him the second he twitches, and he can't escape.
In all seriousness, Tenten was able to defeat Kakuzu when he was reanimated by Kabuto. Don't even pretend Tenten cheated- only a ninja with extraordinary chakra can survive using the sage's weapons. But even though Tenten is great, we all know Guy is greater- after all, he trained Tenten! Everywhere we turn we see evidence that Guy is a strong character, and Kakuzu.. well, he just doesn't seem to be a threat to anyone.
Ino, Tenten, Choji, Shikamaru... if Kakuzu even wanted to pretend he could stand up to Guy, I should hope he could defeat that list of shinobi. All at once. Yet he couldn't finish any of them. You're calling me butthurt but literally that scan pointed out that Kakuzu's jutsu doesn't make him invulnerable, it said normally lightning style is the way to break the jutsu, but that means that it still doesn't protect him from everything. All the 'strong' characters can stomp Kakuzu. It's like trying to argue that Zabuza can beat Gaara. Maybe he was strong when they first showed him in the series, but nowadays his abilities just aren't very impressive. Just look how Kakuzu was 'fodderized' in the shinobi war and you'll realize he wasn't anything special.

It's honestly puzzling to see people on Nb stating iron skin makes Kakuzu one of the best characters in the series. Kakuzu's iron skin was useless, in the war arc even Choji/Choza (not sure which one exactly) was able to smash through Kakuzu's iron skin in giant form, crushing his hearts and pinning him down. If Choji's taijutsu can break it, so can Guy's.
