I don't think the Domu can protect Kakuzu from a Hirudora which was strong enough to destroy an incomplete V3 Susanoo.

Wasn't that when he had Naruto's cloak? ... (could be wrong have not read the latest chapters) .. Anyways even So Susano is different from Domu.. The worse that can happen is he gets pushed back .. with no damage ..

He did it without Naruto's chakra.
And I think you are overrating the Domu. It has hype, but it has no feats.

Nothing Besides Raiton(its weakness) has ever Broken through it? .. And it was able to reduce an Iron Wall Door to nothing in a matter of seconds

Madara was never shown regenerating. He was sitting back chilling while the Juubi revived.

And what happened to his Susanoo? When Tsunade punched the V1, only half of it was destroyed, the other half was still there. The Hirudora definitely destroyed it.

Hirudora isn't destroying Madara's V3 Susanoo, not when Itachi blocked Kirin with his V2 Susanoo. Kirin>Hirudora.

Kakuzu from a power perspective was a powerhouse. His punches smashed things up, and his hits hurt Kakashi really badly. He was also able to gain the upper hand on the great Kakashi a number of times, and Kakashi has Gai's taijutsu due to using his sharingan during their fights. I think Kakuzu actually takes this, 5 masks shooting all the elements at Gai plus Kakuzu's own formidable fighting skills and tentacles might be too much.

your logic doesn't work since Itachi's Susanoos are clearly more durable than any of Madara's susanoos except the PS

Hirudora at least gave some damage to the susanoo, or just pushed it back, what did kirin do? NOTHING, susanoo totally blocked it.

Hirudora > Incomplete susanoo

The manga already showed that hirudora DID make a huge damage to it, even if it was only pushed back, MADARA didn't show up for an entire chapter, so obviously Hirudora broke it.

While assakukkaku (something like that) can deal with the separate masks, he can outclass kakuzu's main body with taijutsu while being in gates, obviously kakuzu would put on a great fight
